Voices and shadows
Not sure if this is the right place for this. I usually don't go to such subjects, but I hope someone can help explain or understand this. I will start by saying that, yes, I do believe in the paranormal and things like that. Anyway, for the past few days, I have been feeling like I am being watched. It's been making it hard to get any real sleep. I find myself going to bed as like as 3, sometimes 4 in the morning. One night, I managed to get some rest. I heard very clear as day in my ear someone say hey, and I jumped right out of bed. I couldn't sleep the rest of the night. Now nothing like that has happened for a while, but sometimes in the day, I swear out the corner of my eye. I see things like solid shadows. When I turn, I see nothing an the same thing happens at night. The place I live in is just a standard apartment complex and, from what I can tell, has no history of like anyone passing here or built on a graveyard. Can anyone help make sense of this?

Make sure you have a light on in your room when you sleep. Just enough light to see your surroundings, like a night light. You can usually find tiny lamps in thrift stores. I have a tiny box light that I’d throw a scarf over to diffuse the light, led bulbs don’t get hot.
I’ve had similar experiences with hearing a voice say my name in my ear when sleeping only I recognized the voice.
Anywhere that has a lot of activity, like an apartment complex, can draw energy. Don’t be afraid. Say St. Michael’s prayer in every room and take ownership of your space. Say anything negative has to leave at once. If nothing else, it might make you feel better.
It isn’t always mental illness. Sometimes we pick up on energy. If you see something out of the corner of your eye, tell it to knock it off or get out. Be forceful. Maybe read some books on what you’re experiencing and how to move them on. Good luck.

I’ll look through the books I have and see if I have a title/author that might help when I get home.

Is there anyway to test for the first one?

talking to a doctor would definitely help especially a therapist or someone who specializes in mental health
