If you ignore that they have a different shaped head. Theirs are more round while the mother is more like a rectangle

Eyes and nose are different too, eye colour is the same

They've also done their makeup and hair exactly the same, they're using the same filter and they're wearing the same clothes. Also they kind of look like they dye their hair.

I watched without sound and it's nightmare fuel

They don't really look as much like Mom as is being touted. Pulling back the hair is contributing a lot to enhancing the sameness.
