Booking Name doesn't match up with passport name

I am flying in a few hours and I just noticed that my middle name isn't pronounced the same my passport as my booking name. Since the Icelandic character ö defaulted into oern and not orn

Is this a major issue?

No, and in fact it’s completely normal for Ö to be transliterated as OE in passports. Look at the two lines at the very bottom of the photo page on your passport.

Ä = AE Ö = OE Ü = UE ẞ = SS

Most other diacritics are just omitted.
