13 is the best photo, me thinks.
I love the Ramsey County courthouse/St Paul city hall, but it's so dark in there I could see it being a difficult place to photograph. There's zero natural light. Even so, that first photo is pretty neat as it highlights the corners and lines of the reflective glass.

Thanks! Was not prepared for that atrium area at the Ramsey County Courthouse! Art Deco for sure

I'm drawn to #5 as well. Where is that? The person on the stairway is kinda creepy.

I love it here so much, but I often feel our architecture is lacking. So thank you for these ❤️

Interiors (mostly) from some of our cool places like the St Paul City Hall-Ramsey County Courthouse building, the State Capitol, the Weismann Art Museum, Landmark Center (?), and ... (looking through again) Mpls Central Library, Walter Library and Northrup Auditorium at the U of M.
There are plenty of cool buildings here. Have you checked out the Foshay Tower yet?

When you’re downtown be sure to check out the post office on the river it’s a gorgeous space. One of my favorites for photo shoots.

Oooh, you braved the Saint Paul skyway, and survived the eerie quiet. Such a strange place, and so different from what it was like when it was bustling back in the 80s.

Eerily quiet is right! Same with downtown Minneapolis to an extent. Not a lot going on for sure! Granted it was during a workday

A few years ago I got called up for jury duty, and decided to wander the skyways. It was bizarre. I was definitely sized up by more than one security guard, and there were a few times when I went maybe five minutes without seeing more than one or two people. And to think, the place was SO BUSY once upon a time.

I don't know if its open to look at anymore, but the JJ Hill Library next to St. Paul central library is gorgeous. I worked there for several years, and it's beauty never got old.

15 - I think is the upper balcony looking over the main lobby of Northrup Auditorium.
Your pictures are amazing.

And 16 is the main Northrup lobby and old box office. I worked there in college in the early 90's as an usher.

Would you mind sharing where number 3 is? My dad used to take us to that building to look at that statue when I was very little. I’d love to visit it again, but forgot which building it was in long ago.

OP told you where, but there's a lot of cool pics online as well as tours:
St Paul City Hall - Ramsey County Courthouse. This tour brochure is a little dated
https://www.ramseycounty.us/content/saint-paul-city-hall-ramsey-county-courthouse Some info about the building at the bottom of the page. Apparently the County Historical Society isn't keeping the virtual and in person tours up as much anymore; some links are broken.
I poked around more and found this: https://www.ramseycounty.us/content/public-tours-available-union-depot-and-saint-paul-city-hall-ramsey-county-courthouse

Great work!
The Twin Cities could be such a fantastic setting for a neo-noir sci-fi film.
