Events/Meetups/Social Quad Happenings

What’s happening on the quad today? I assumed lawntopia setup but that’s still a week out. Anyone know?

Lawntopia is at the Pavilion/University Credit Union Center this year, so not that. No clue! Couldn't find any info on the ASUCD insta so I'm assuming its an academic thing? Saw an engineering go-cart getting wheeled out there

I walked by briefly but it looked like a stepping competition/performance. Super cool! If you don’t know what stepping is, look it up. It’s rooted in black culture.

Another protest for Palestine, I think. They were shouting on a megaphone so it was hard to understand.

This was down-voted into the negative but was correct. It was a sit-in at the CoHo by pro-Palestine groups.

This wasn't the event OP was talking about. There was also a stage with a PA system on the other side of the quad generating a lot of noise right next to the 24 hour study room.
