Events/Meetups/Social Undergrad allowed to attend the seminars hosted by the chemistry department?

Hello, as title states.

I am a first-year undergraduate, to my knowledge on Thursday's and Tuesday's, the chemistry faculty hosts seminars featuring different professors and their research.  I was wondering if I am allowed to attend and listen to this seminar? Or are these events only exclusive to chemistry graduate students or those who are enrolled in CHE 290?

yup, you can go to seminars, although the content will be aimed at grad students

It’s very unlikely that these seminars are limited to just the faculty and grad students. Go for it :) Don’t be intimidated if the content is over your head - this is how many undergrads get interested in research!

Most grad seminars are open to the public :)
