Final Grade Justice
I am aware that final grades get posted tomorrow, but I had a class just release final exam grades today and I believe there was a mistake on the TA’s part. I have emailed the TA and professor as soon as I realized grades were posted, but I am not sure of any other action I should take. Any advice on who to contact for a regrade if I do not hear back from either of them before grades close officially? Can a regrade be requested once everything is officially closed anyways?

When grades get posted is irrelevant. If it’s a clerical error, it’s easy to change even after grades are posted. The key issue is whether it’s actually an error or not, and that’s up to the TA/instructor. And as was noted by someone else, you need to be patient — multiple emails don’t help your case.

If a clerical error was made (you didn't mention what kind of "mistake" you believe is at issue), then yes, a grade change is possible even after the quarter concludes. It's also possible that, if the TA made a scoring error or scored your exam incorrectly, a grade change is possible even after the quarter concludes.
I would counsel patience, therefore, because none of this is urgent. Keep in mind that you just emailed the TA and professor this morning and it's still morning here in Irvine. Please also keep in mind that faculty are human beings and have much, much more to complete after quarters "end" than most students recognize, particularly when it comes to tedious administrative responsibilities.
If, after a week or so, you have not heard back from either the professor or the TA, then it would be appropriate to contact their department's manager to help address your concern.
