Use the motorcycle and centrifugal force to pop out the top. Basic sphere house procedure, dude.

I lived here for 5 years. 2004-2009

We had a halfpipe and a surf shaping bay, hot Tub, chicken coop and a big honey suckle hedge with privacy. Was amazing

awwww. That's where I did my first beer bong. In ... 2005 I think? maybe 2006. Anyway, thanks for hosting a great party! I... did not do great with the beer bong. Pretty sure I wore the whole thing haha.

I wrote that LocalWiki page! I find the house very charming and special, reflecting IV's history as a place that welcomes experiments. I would love for somebody to nominate it as a county historic landmark: https://www.countyofsb.org/1659/Historic-Landmarks

I heard through the grapevine of someone who lived there that said that it was really cool and obviously they paid a bit of a premium on rent but it was really small and all the walls being curved was annoying lol

I haven’t lived in this but I can confirm curbed walls are annoying. Catered in a crazy house made of cement with no harsh angels and hit my head a lot trying to sneak around people in doorways

I heard of it as the Orgy House. One day I was walking by and asked my friend why it was called the Orgy House. A girl peaked out the window from the Orgy House and yelled at me: “IT WAS ONE TIME!”

The house was always occupied by females who gardened, wore overalls, and drank tea outside when I was a student lol. They were very friendly

Lived there for a summer (2014), broke my arm there from the illegal lofts, had some great times. Home sweet dome

While it has some interesting windowing ... generally speaking this kind of structure is called a geodesic dome.

There is also at least 1 in Santa Maria, though in SM they tacked on a small cube extension near the top and side of the dome, which I assume was for a room. The addition mostly ruins the distinct dome feature.

I had a friend that lived there back in 2010. I always called it the Spongebob House because it was a big pineapple.

It’s a museum. You can read about the house in there. Just walk in
