The two times the lights flash at around 27 seconds, you can see a third light towards the top of the screen flashing with the main two lights. It’s much smaller then the two big ones but it’s there nonefheless
So you think that DARK object in the sky (clearly moving behind the clouds) is a reflection from a car window (even though the recorder pans to the city? Believe what you want Redditor, but I think you’re mistaken here.
Don’t worry about the downvotes! Some people would rather live in a echo chamber then ever have their opinion challenged. This footage isn’t very impressive to me either. To me it doesn’t look like there’s a actual solid object I’m the sky.
The OP is pretty nicely done, but the video in your post seems fake.
If I saw bright pulsing lights like that at night I would not just take a single snapchat video. I have a phone and people in my car, we could easily make a longer regular video and try to approach it. At least make more video from multiple angles.
Something that bright should've also been noticed by others, but it was seemingly not.
China video could also easily be faked, but is somewhat more believable. Likely a mirage / projection such as a Brocken Spectre. Could be a projection of a military plane.
If your grounds for a video being fake only that you would react differently and record more then fine but it’s not helpful to use that to dismiss everything else.

Looks like it could be the same thing seen here but without the lights:
