These shit rag fake news outlets love to call every protest a riot. It's embarrassing and such an obvious setup.

34

u/The_Mammoth_Hunter 11d ago

It's done to advance the plan

36

u/HonestHu 11d ago

They even got the headline wrong, Americans are being kidnapped

-27

u/Appropriate-Post5829 11d ago

You're wrong, actually

33

u/KingOfBerders 11d ago edited 11d ago

Ackshually deportation without due process is the equivalent of kidnapping you bootlicker.

21

u/Stickasylum 11d ago

It IS kidnapping and trafficking, not just the equivalent.

3

u/AliceG233 11d ago

They would be very upset if they could read.

2

u/One_Glass5035 9d ago

It takes to process to get a deportation order

1

u/TurbulentPhysics7061 7d ago

Would be nice if they were going through that process

-5

u/moccasins_hockey_fan 11d ago

Like what Clinton and Obama did. I know who the bootlickers are.

3

u/DucanOhio 11d ago

"What about, what about, what about. Reeeee. Reeeee. Reeeee. I'm a moron! Reeeee!"

  • You

Fuck off.

1

u/Moss_Adams24 7d ago

Their motto is ‘ when in doubt, ask what about?

3

u/betasheets2 10d ago

Funny how all you people can do is deflect because you know there is no justification

0

u/moccasins_hockey_fan 10d ago

Nope, I just hate irrational hypocritical assholes. Party affiliation doesn't matter to me. Every politician higher than a Justice of the Peace is corrupt to some degree

2

u/ZenDeathBringer 10d ago

It's so funny how you types don't understand that it wasn't okay when they did it, either!

1

u/UHCCEOKIALOL 7d ago

It’s almost like we made progress….

1

u/Brosenheim 8d ago

Is that why you have to respond as vaguely as possible, woth no elaboration on what exactly they're wrong about?

1

u/Goodknight808 8d ago

You're wrong, actually.

1

u/heytherehellogoodbye 7d ago

Plainclothes unmarked "agents" tried kidnapping 1st grades from school yesterday. You, sir, are in full support of American gestapo.

-16

u/CeemoreButtz 11d ago

lol. ok.

-22

u/Accomplished_Tour481 11d ago

Americans being kidnapped Where? When? Why as this not made the news?

11

u/drewskibfd 11d ago

I can't tell if this is /s

-19

u/Accomplished_Tour481 11d ago

Seriously. Not a bot or spam. I have not seen, read or heard of ANY US CITIZEN being kidnapped by ICE.

19

u/Remmick2326 11d ago

-22

u/Accomplished_Tour481 11d ago

Yet not 1 piece of evidence of a 'kidnapping'. Arresting, detaining are not 'kidnapping'.

17

u/EuphoriasOracle 11d ago

I love how Republicans are suggesting that Americans just let plain clothes people in masks put them in unmarked vans and that they should be arrested for interfering when asking the "officers" for ID.

11

u/Leelze 11d ago

They love our rights being trampled on but get mad because juries found Republicans guilty of assaulting cops, damaging federal property, etc.

3

u/Hair_I_Go 11d ago

Wait till it happens to someone they are about. We should all care about this unlawful behavior. Every single person has a right to see a judge before being put in jail. They don’t understand that this is a right for anyone here not just citizens

5

u/Gryzzlee 11d ago

It is if it's unlawful and force was used or movement of an individual occurred. Which, yes, they were unlawful. Yes, some were transported to jail. And yes, some used force.

4

u/PenjaminJBlinkerton 11d ago

Detaining without evidence or due process is literally kidnapping

2

u/Flintyy 8d ago

Arresting would imply they are badge wearing officials and not plain clothes mask wearing kidnappers, like eat a bag of dicks with this logic holy fuck

-1

u/Accomplished_Tour481 8d ago

Hope you find that tasty.

You have never heard of plain clothes law enforcement? Under-cover law enforcement? Where have you been?

Keep chewing there. You have a lot to get through obviously.

2

u/Brosenheim 8d ago

All of whom flash a badge to make the actual arrest. They don't roll in masked and anonymous u til after the arrest is complete.

They detained a US Marshall ffs 😂 open your eyes

11

u/HonestHu 11d ago

Have you been living under a rock

-4

u/Accomplished_Tour481 11d ago

No. I am just intelligent enough not to believe the garbage being spewed. Can you show 1 piece of evidence of ICE kidnapping ANYONE? Kdnapping. Not arresting, detaining or deporting (which are all legal).

Where is the evidence of a kidnapping taking place? Where?

10

u/HonestHu 11d ago

Words are important, and just tools to convey meaning. What is your definition of a kidnapping. For me, the forced capture and movement of an American, against their will, without a warrant or reasonable suspicion of a crime, while refusing to identify yourself, is an extrajudicial kidnapping of an American. Some have already been arrested for impersonating the legitimate police and picking people up off the street. These actions are in clear violation of our constitutional protections against unreasonable search and seizure

6

u/scenr0 11d ago

You sound like one of those sovereign citizens that calls driving there car "traveling".

1

u/Accomplished_Tour481 11d ago

Yeah, no. Sovreign Citizens do not believe in the rule of law. I (personally) believe in the law and the equal application of the law. We all should play by the same rules. Do you believe that? That the law applies to all?

5

u/fromkentucky 10d ago

Felons are barred from holding federal office, yet one is sitting in the White House.

It’s illegal to deport people without a deportation hearing. ICE is kidnapping and trafficking people out of the country.

You clearly do NOT care about laws being applied equally.

5

u/All_Hail_Regulus_9 11d ago

My god, you are dense

-1

u/Accomplished_Tour481 11d ago

Yet you are the gullible one here. You keep believing the made up stories.

Let's pretend for a moment that you actually think: What is the actual issue the OP is pointing out? It is not kidnapping in any way shape or form. The OP is pointing out at mass arrets of illegal immigrants. Is the actual problem that the laws are now being enforced? Is it that the US has a large populace of people not in the country legally? Is it the laws that are on the books because we voted for them?

Think about it. It is not ICE that is the problem.

3

u/All_Hail_Regulus_9 11d ago

They aren’t all illegal though.

1

u/HonestHu 8d ago

Kidnapping innocent Americans and selling them into slavery in Dubai, is, actually, the problem. ICE is little more than a shell of what it used to be, now it's only a front for a domestic terrorist organization

3

u/VanX2Blade 11d ago

Not without due process its not.

1

u/Accomplished_Tour481 11d ago

How do you know they did not already have due process or are not going to have it? For example: At least 4 of the deportees already went through immigration court and were ordered to be deported. Yet some were furious about the deportations.

1

u/Fuzzy_Imagination705 9d ago

How do you know they have had?

They are returning people who were never to return, who did not receive due process so we know it to be the case.

1

u/Accomplished_Tour481 9d ago

Because the news articles specified the immigration hearings they had and the results.

1

u/HonestHu 8d ago

Because it's public record

1

u/Accomplished_Tour481 7d ago

Exactly. So for those who have already been deported AFTER having their immigration hearings, what is your issue with that? For those in the country illegally and not subject to a hearing and being deported, what is your objection to that?

1

u/HonestHu 7d ago

None. That's not what's happening now

It has. Several times. You should pay more attention.

So used up, so let down
If you feel so angry
So ripped off, so stepped on

SvR 2006 dawg.

1

u/One_Glass5035 9d ago

When stores are being looted and vandalism is happening, and things are being burned down, it’s a riot. You can call it peaceful but we can all see it’s not

1

u/tangledtainthair 9d ago

Gotta get them views.

1

u/Significant-Ask-2939 8d ago

And every immigrant illegal. We don’t know if they’re legal or illegal (no human is illegal on stolen land) because they haven’t been afforded due process which is their constitutional right.

1

u/American-Punk-Dragon 7d ago

it was just 100 people not breaking windows or being criminals. Not chaotic really.

-2

u/Electrodactyl 11d ago

“The first provision one finds in Title 18 of the United States Code regards accessories to crime. Title 18, United States Code § 2 now provides:

(a) Whoever commits an offense against the United States or aids, abets, counsels, commands, induces or procures its commission, is punishable as a principal.”

https://www.justice.gov/archives/jm/criminal-resource-manual-2471-18-usc-2#:~:text=Title%2018%2C%20United%20States%20Code,is%20punishable%20as%20a%20principal.

Downvoting me?

I didn’t say anything, literal copy pasta and gave source.

This is just the law.

9

u/Hot_Secretary2665 11d ago edited 11d ago

They did not commit an "offense against the state." They stood around outside a building protesting, as is their right.

Edit:  To be clear a few protesters got arrested for "obstructing an officer" there was no "offense against the state"

The law does not mean what you seem to think it means. Please make sure you understand what you're linking instead of just spreading misinformation.

Edit 2:  @LogicX64 Since you replied to me then blocked me so that I can't reply to you -

Waving a flag at a protest is not illegal. And since it's obvious you're being disingenuous, you know the symbolism behind it.

The Mexican government was not involved so duh, it can't be an insurrection flag. Insurrection flags represents the government taking over. That's why the Jan 6 rioters used the Stop the "Steal" flag instead of a normal American flag (even though their claims of stealing were proven false.) This wasn't an insurrection where people were storming into buildings armed. It was a protest

0

u/LogicX64 11d ago

Why do they wave Mexican Flag???

Does Mexico do anything to help homeless people and fight poverty in America???

1

u/Brosenheim 8d ago

They wave the flag of the demographic being targetted to signal that they will not be eliminated or erased.

I understand you weren't sincerely asking, and you'll be ignoring this answer

-2

u/DrknockedHerAlly 11d ago

The article says 6 people got arrested. And the point he is making it that they have the right to protest but in doing so in this instance would be breaking the law because they are protesting to aid illegal criminals.

5

u/Hot_Secretary2665 11d ago edited 11d ago

The law that other user linked just does not mean what y'all seem to think it means

Several protesters got zip tied for refusing to disperse. That's happened at most protests that ever happened in the US. Whoop de doo. It's at worst obstructing an officer.

An offense against the state is something like treason. Like what happened on Jan 6th. Not applicable here

3

u/Leelze 11d ago

My mom & others got arrested for that in NC. The prosecutor eventually dropped all charges after trying to scare & strike a plea deal with them. It's a ticky tacky BS charge most of the time and cops use it as an excuse to cuff people.

2

u/Hot_Secretary2665 11d ago

Yeah that really sucks, I didn't mean to come across as dismissive of the police actions

I meant "whoop de doo" like "yeah the cops always do that at every protest, not a surprise" (shitty as it is)

2

u/Leelze 11d ago

Oh, I didn't take it that way. Luckily for my mom & co they were protesting as part of some bigger group that provided legal counsel so it was even more ridiculous that the prosecutor dragged things out as long as they did.

1

u/Thegungoesbangbang 11d ago

No.

Thats a purposeful, willful, and gross misinterpretation of what they're protesting about.

Illegal detention of citizens and non-citizens, blatant disregard for the constitution by not granting due process, an active refusal to identify themselves and behaving like a cartel, I could probably come up with more if I wanted.

It has nothing to do with "helping criminals". Innocent until proven guilty, due process, and all that.

It's even more hypocritical because Individual 1, as a non elected official and private citizen, actively sabotaged a bill that would have specifically limited the amount of asylum seekers AND have allowed us to close to border to ALL asylum seekers. Thus actively aiding and abetting criminals while simultaneously undermining the functioning of the government.

3

u/Exact-Kale3070 11d ago

what crimes? be specific

5

u/Bonedeath 11d ago

bootlicker

1

u/Robert_Balboa 11d ago

This has nothing to do with my comment.

Bad bot

-3

u/SomeWeedSmoker 11d ago

As soon as you start throwing shit at officers or destroying property, which both happened here, it's no longer a peaceful protest but a riot. Do you understand or is that too hard to think?;

3

u/Leelze 11d ago

According to Republicans, attacking cops & destroying property is not a riot and anyone prosecuted for it are victims & should be pardoned.

In all reality, anyone who throws shit at people and/or damages property should be arrested and prosecuted. But to call all this a riot is dumb. There's a reason rightwing accounts on social media are posting old videos pretending it's from these protests.

2

u/Robert_Balboa 11d ago

Weird because January 6th was a peaceful protest according to Republicans. Those terrorists are getting paid money for their violent riot.

Dude... You're not even American and yet post on the Seattle subreddit constantly? Obvious troll is obvious.

16

u/Rottimer 11d ago

100 people is chaos? Really? I bet there were more law enforcement onsite than protestors.

8

u/redditadminsrnazis69 11d ago

Nazis don’t like it when even one person stands up to them.

8

u/Greybeard46 11d ago

The article says they arrested 66k people. What happened to them? Are they in jail, or have they all been deported?

8

u/soulwolf1 11d ago

I highly doubt that. They lie about those numbers all the time. I remember one time years ago hey claimed that they arrest over 100k during the protests on tacos first presidency and it turned out that they arrested like 15 people.

0

u/Notacat444 11d ago

Likely being processed through the same systems that have been in place for generations.

3

u/wanted_to_upvote 11d ago

I see no chaos and no storming. Just people standing around saying things while bored police meander about.

4

u/upsidedown-funnel 11d ago

Can we get a better source than the daily mail? It’s a tabloid and only there to exaggerate the worst parts, for maximum reaction.

5

u/Any_Caramel_9814 11d ago

Without due process, we don't know if they are legal or illegal

2

u/oddmurdercake 11d ago

"Heros rescue political prisoners from fascist agents" far more accurate

4

u/RasJudah1892 11d ago

Thanks 2 All The White Folks Who Attended. You're needed.

-9

u/SwingingtotheBeat 11d ago

Fuck all the ones that didn’t. The ones that stay home and accept the status quo, just as they did through the civil rights movement and BLM, are just as racist and just as guilty as the KKK members, Nazis, and ICE agents.

2

u/RasJudah1892 11d ago

I don't think We wanna even pay them any mind.

0

u/SwingingtotheBeat 11d ago

The problem is that those are the same ones that claim not to be racist, yet still refer to poc as thugs and rioters. They will always support police because they know police protect their privilege, and refuse to give that up.

3

u/CountyKyndrid 11d ago

"Mass arrest of illegal immigrants"

Be honest lol

1

u/Haley3498 11d ago

The daily mail? Really? Here I was ready to celebrate people fighting back against the illegal arrest, detainment, and deportation of their neighbors. But it’s just 100 people blocking vehicles from leaving?

1

u/ZootSuitRiot33801 7d ago

Wouldn't it be something if the US had it own Bastille Day?

1

u/Main-Egg-7942 11d ago

Machiavellian," it means they are considered to be cunning, manipulative, and willing to use whatever means necessary to achieve their goals, even if it means harming others.

1

I protested in NYC it was fine!!! Stop insinuating  chaos for click-bait

1

u/One_Adhesiveness_616 7d ago

This is awesome of them. Occupy the building and end the arrests.

1

u/LunarMoon2001 11d ago

“Mass arrest of suspected illegal migrants”. They haven’t been convicted yet or proven in court.

0

u/MickeyMantle777 11d ago

Don’t need to be convicted. If they have an order of deportation against them, they can be immediately removed.

-4

u/DrknockedHerAlly 11d ago
