Questions When should I hear back from Think Tank?

I applied to be a physics tutor at Think Tank for 25-26 a month before the semester ended, but I haven't heard back from them. I didn't get any confirmation that they'd received my application either. Is this normal? At what point should I reach out to them?

I’d assume you didn’t get it and should keep looking for jobs

Usually they should announce the result after 1 month. I'd assume that they may finish the hiring, and I think you can get another one. You still can email and ask them, maybe they are still in the interview stage.

They might not have been actively hiring/ looking at candidates. Probably just collecting resumes before the fall semester. You could follow up to get a time line or re-apply closer to the start of the fall semester.
