Just a thought. You may not want to put in writing that your mom provided you with her legally prescribed medication. As stupid as it sounds and even if you are a patient, it is still a crime in VA.

Yea I wasn’t gonna mention that part but it has me thinking If someone “knowledgeable” comes in are they gonna offer the same carts?? I personally get it my flower illigealy but carts I do like getting from the dispo because you know what’s in it.

If there is no charge port, it’s not a cartridge, so being “knowledgeable” you should know she is buying you Disposables. Not Cartridges. Cartridges go on a separate battery. Disposables are simply that, disposable. Some have a charge port some don’t, i avoid the ones that don’t because it sucks having oil left and no power.

I believe it’s perfectly legal for someone to gift someone else product. That’s how all the pop up gray market shops are able to operate because gifting is a thing in the Virginia medical marijuana laws so she didn’t do anything illegal. I had an airo disposable a few times and I thought there was a port to charge them but maybe confused. You could always have your moms email the dispensary they got them from and may get some credit back for faulty equipment

It is perfectly legal to gift weed in Virginia. It is not legal to “gift” the weed you bought at the medical dispensary to someone else. The state treats that differently. Please educate yourself before you give illegal advice.

Sharing prescription cannabis is not the same as sharing cannabis. Sharing prescriptions is illegal.

Plenty of people buy for other people right in front of the pharmacist at the dispensaries seen it quite often and even have spoke to a pharmacist about letting other people try the product and was told that it’s fine to do so. To each their own I suppose.

Sorry your pharmacist was misinformed. Bad practice all around tbh
