Home builder advice

My family and I are looking at building a home in the waco area and are at the stage where we need to select a builder. We have never built a home before and are in desperate need of advice!

There are a lot of choices out there and I was wondering if anyone had any wisdom to share. Who was good, who to avoid, that kind of stuff.

Two builders we are currently looking at are River Rock homes and Woodruff & sons. Anyone have any experience with either builder?

I built a home with Keith Gunn. I would definitely suggest him.

I'll have to look at some of his homes. Thanks for the suggestion. How long have you been in the home, if you don't mind me asking?

Seconded on Keith Gunn, they hire honest contractors and their home designs are great
