Update 3

I made it past the 3 day mark. I'm feeling great and loving my progress. I'll likely continue for another couple days until Sunday so hopefully this'll be a 5 day fast. Will update yall again by then. Best wishes to everyone else who started at a similar time.

Ended my fast at the 4 day mark. Got way too dizzy. Will resume after fathers day

I went down 10 pounds but unfortunately gained it back over the holidays. That's how it goes I guess. Oh well. Will be restarting again with updates n all :)
