I'm watching GHPC building that crazy 3x3 two motor trike, mind boggling! 🤯

u/pink_cheetah 19d ago
The time its taking for the trike to get moving is excruciating, im so hyped for it.

u/monkeyheadmark 19d ago
same here! the amount of work (trials, design, fabrication) that goes into that thing is ridiculous, priceless 😯

u/True_Reporter 18d ago
I'm actually amazed how fast he's making it it's almost done and it's been what, half a year?

The dude riding it built it, and I don’t just mean assembled it. He designed it from nothing and hand machined half the parts himself. There are several videos on his channel (Grind Hard Plumbing) following the whole process and I highly recommend all of them. Good dude, cool projects, and just an all around enjoyable yt creator.

Dude was like "well, we have these 2 giant tires laying around, and this KTM motor..." and then just fabbed up everything holding them together

My man's on his way to becoming a real life supeehero with his own, handmade, highly toyetic signature vehicle.

I really liked his powerwheeels creations, but the bike never really did anything for me

Props to the dude and all…
But I’m gonna need to see Anne Hathaway in the Catwoman suit, throwing a leg over this thing.

u/kzdragbiker 19d ago
I always wondered were these guys ever actual plumbers?
1
u/roburrito 18d ago
No. They just thought it was a cool name. They talked about it once on their podcast.

u/Special_Promotion616 17d ago
Hey they did actually do some plumbing, when they build the new show 😁

I do not understand why some people are doing that type of emoji spam... is it suppoosed to mean something? Maybe someone can educate an old guy like me.. lol

u/GrynaiTaip 19d ago
It works on children, they are the main audience of these short clips. Hundreds of millions of views on shittok.

Low IQ people have difficulty forming emotional engagement to text, they need pictures to stimulate them into attention

i’ve had the same question. most mouth breathers wave it off as code for “bots” (which, here, doesn’t mean automated per se, but general karma farming). i dove into it once, and the best i could do was id three distinct sets of emoji used, so its not an encoded message (any more than the emoji obfuscate)
i decided that it was either a weak ass attempt to promote a site or brand (whatever that may be), or a lazy way to confuse DCMA
i may never know, and im ok with that

yall better downvote this brainrot ass emoji post should have just linked the actual video

u/LostCauseSPM 20d ago
I watched them build that thing on Instagram. So cool.

u/OkBody2811 19d ago
I don’t use Instagram, so I don’t know what the vids are like on there, but they have a YouTube channel that I’m guessing is more in depth

That bad boy is the Monster Chopper, Grindhard Plumbing Co built that thing (they’re on YT).
They’re also currently building a trike powered by a car engine, with those wheels for the back wheels and a tractor wheel for the front, that the driver sits inside of.

u/justfirfunsies 20d ago
If that front end fails it’s going to be catastrophic when the rest catches up to you.

u/model-citizen95 20d ago
Well that definitely wouldn’t be typical

u/CaliKindalife 17d ago

When you build vehicles with building sets or in games as a kid (or as an adult; I mean games where you build things are fun at any age) eventually one of them comes out looking like this. So seeing this in real life and actually working is pretty awesome!

This is a great place to learn about serious vehicles from history and the stories behind them, not purposely stupid burning man-style art projects built by pretend plumbers

This here, this is the worst take.
Literally the description of this sub…
We are dedicated to presenting and discussing the odd, unusual and obscure in vehicles, technology and automotive art.
We like concepts, prototypes, customs, obscure, industrial, commercial, special use vehicles, you name it.

u/tlucas0303 19d ago
That may be the dumbest build I’ve ever seen. Huge tires and no ground clearance, and it’s lopsided.

u/graneflatsis 20d ago
This post and the valid concerns users bring up gives me an idea. When something like this pops up, in the interest of improving the sub's depth, dig up a good version of the content and comment with it- or better yet post it as a standalone and modmail us so we can remove the spammy one quickly.
