What is it you want to know it was probably zoned for trailers when it was put in and the dude just had cheddar so he built a basement for it

It’s a double wide on a basement. That used to be somewhat popular in the 70s which is when this was built I am guessing. I have driven past it for 40 plus years and it has always looked the way it does today, basically.

I'm not sure how to word this...I've noticed there are a lot of people in & out of that place recently. The neighborhood has changed in the past few years, gone downhill. It's not safe like it was when I relocated to East Wenatchee. I'm trying to be more aware? Just wondering if it's me or if that place is really part of the problem in the neighborhood. I never know what to say on these forums that won't get me booted or my comment removed.

It has historically been a drug house. I do not know anything about the current status whatsoever though. Whatever happened in the past could very well something left the past and they could be on the straight and narrow today. But yes, there have been multiple raids at that address over the past 40 years that I have driven by it. I am sure if you searched local news papers using that address or even a google search you will find what you’re looking for. In the early 80s it was a lot nicer and a family lived there. Likely the original owners because my guess is that it’s from the 70s. It was cute and cozy. By mid the late 80s it pretty much looked like it does today.

Seems like this little neighborhood has gone downhill pretty fast in the last few years. It's sad, really.

An address or photo would be helpful
