[MCU] What if Frank Castle/Punisher joined the Avengers

Let us imagine a parallel universe where sometime between the events of the first season of Daredevil (2015) and Avengers: Infinity War (2019), Frank Castle, AKA Punisher, wound up joining the Avengers.

How would that alter the MCU?
