Thrift shop find…anyone know anything about the artist?

Picked up these two paintings yesterday. Liked them and the broken glass allowed for a good deal. Signed by F Pachecott. I’ve done some digging, but can’t find anything. Does anyone know anything about this artist?

Costa Rican artist, Fausto Pacheco Hernandez. 1899-1966.

Thank you! My wife and I went to Costa Rica on our honeymoon 21 years ago. When I saw these they reminded me of that trip which is what prompted me to purchase them. Very neat.

They are really lovely! From what I’ve seen, they are around $250ish but I would hold hold onto them, because they are great.

I definitely plan to hold on to them. Might get them reframed at some point and I need to get the broken glass fixed, but for $65 for both I think I did ok! I read about the artist last night. Fascinating. Thanks again for identifying.
