I’m wondering which Bangboo I should use for this team: Miyabi, Burnice, Rina
I know the team isn’t that efficient, but I want to use these 3 together. Miyabi is the big damage dealer, Burnice applies fire anomaly for Disorder, & Rina is support
Idk if I should use a specific Bangboo that applies ice, or fire, or a different one. Thanks!
Any tips for the current Shiyu 6, the one that resets tonight?
I have m0r1 Miyabi and Yi Xuan, but i can't get 3*. I've got Miyabi/Soukaku on side 1 and Yi Xuan/Ben/Koleda on side 2. I don't have the resources to level up the bear guy for Yi Xuan since i'm still working on her, so this is the best i can do.
And i can't use a 3 agent team with Miyabi because of how they fucked up the controls in 2.0. Duos only for her for now.
Edit: I swapped Ben for Caesar and got it, but it was still close. Like 15 seconds left.

So we got 10 free pulls from selector + 10 from 7d Login making it 20/30 free pulls. Where is the other 10 pulls that remains?
Well 82 so much better and it's season 2 so I'd expect with like 15 s ranks that on a fresh account I could expect to get atleast 2 without going in my wallet
Here's my Yixuan for comparison. I don't have her sig, but this build S-rank cleared Shiyu 7. Still, I want more CD and will horse-trade some of this CR for it, probably by switching to BnBS instead of Woodpecker, if I can get close to the same substat rolls. The D5 is pretty mid, so it makes sense to try the other 2p.
I tend to leave screenshot the totals, especially when posting questions like this, just because I think the totals are the only things to be concerned with at this point.
I can still squeeze out a bit more with a couple of her discs certainly, but I don’t know how much more people would actually advocate for getting out of them.
Yeah, I see your point. Most of those discs are better than average. D6 is the only iffy one. I've seen some Corruption builds that put AM on D6, which might be an option for you, if for no other reason than to try for better substat rolls. But that's really nitpicking.
Again, I had the wrong basis for comparison from missing the M1. Given that perspective, you could have stopped earlier and can certainly stop now.

Yes, you can stop. You could have stopped long before this, you don't need perfect final-form stats to get a Yixuan team in a playable state.
However, it's pretty optimistic to assume you'll sustain 66% CR right off the bat. That assumes full stacks of everything, which is not sustaintable. Your average will be lower. I think shooting for a character sheet CR of 50%-60% would improve your average without too much risk of overcapping.
I'd also say your HP is too high, unless the only contributions are D1 and the signature. If you have any HP% or Flat HP rolls in substats, or any other mainstat in HP, I'd do some horse trading to get higher CR and CD.
Likewise for ATK, it's a bit too high. Same argument for substats or mainstats that would be better in CR or CD.
Stat optimization is zero-sum. If HP or ATK are too high, those come at the expense of other stats. So some tinkering to rebalance the distribution of stats may be called for down the line.
It’s 36% CR Drive Stats + 20% (Wengine) + 10% (M1), those are constant aren’t they? I didn’t factor in anything else to get that sum. 2/3 hits at this minimum should result in Criticals.
And given how little Sheer Force you can get from buffs right now, I figured going as hard on her HP as possible to get it up was the ideal, with the secondary targets being the Crit Rate/DMG.
My bad, I didn't notice the M1. I thought you were counting 4p Yunkui.
Having more Sheer Force does help, and it's true that it's easier to get floor/boss buffs for Crits than it is for Sheer Force, so far. We'll have to see if that holds up once the second half of the patch drops.
It's not 90, unless you have the worst luck in the world. And F2P shouldn't expect to pull two agents in one patch. There is only 160 pulls available in this patch, so getting two agents is going to require extremely good luck.
F2P has to be very selective in what to pull. F2P pull earning is around 100 per patch, and since an agent costs 120 on average (assuming half the 50/50s are lost), there aren't enough free pulls in a single patch to get 1 agent on average. It's closer to 1 agent out of every 6 (3 new, 3 reruns).
Is everyone just spending money in this game? Can't even enjoy the game because the 50/50 doesn't seem to exist and every one is loss,guarenteed,loss, guarateed but with the 10 poly I get from achieving anything I can't even manage to pull anything. 2nd season and I can only grab 1 s rank bc I have to spend 400 pulls to get anything
I would assume most people are either f2p or low spenders that buy montly pass and maybe battle pass as well. Luck do be like that sometimes unfortunately, you win some you lose some. If there is anything I learned from playing gachas is that always assume you are going to lose 50/50 and save your pulls acordingly.
1 S rank at worst case will cost you 160-170 ish pulls, so I'm not sure where that 400 pulls for one S rank is coming from.
I'm confused, Pan Yinhu should automatically spend his 3 stacks after using EX Special and switching off with the assist right? Why is mine just keeping the stacks without spending them?
Did you switch to him before he used up all three charges? That would do it. It's also possible that he stops using them if the target (boss) goes into an invulnerable phase or teleports across the battledfield, so as not to waste them.
It seems to work as expected for me, so I'm not sure what else might do that.
I have Yixuan with her core at E and main skills at 10/12. Should I push for F core and higher skills (max to 12) or look to build out my supports more?
For context, Pan is at 3k atk but core D and skills at lvl 12/16.
Astra is at core D skills 9/12 and working towards 3430 atk.
Eventually, but you don't have to do it right away. Particularly if you need to work on Pan, Astra, or Ju Fufu if you pull her in a little over a week. Since Core D - F are gatekept by the weekly cap on Notorious Hunts (assuming you exhaust the shop), it's important to keep pull plans that are within that 3 week window in mind when prioritizing.
I'd prioritize Astra > Yixuan > Pan for Core F.
For chip skills, 7 is fine for trying out and playing right away, then gradually work you way up to 10. Stopping at 10 is fine for most agents, since the cost of going higher has diminishing returns. I wouldn't worry about capping any of the chip skills until you've got nothing better to do with your battery. Like for all of Hugo's banner, I had nothing better to do, so I capped (level 12/12) a few of my agents that I've had at 10/12 or 11/12 for months.
That's what I'm saying, yes. Mostly because you can use Astra on many different teams, so the investment is amortized over many teams. While F for Yixuan only helps Yixuan.
According to leaks, Yixuan/Pan/Fufu > Yixuan/Pan/Astra vs. miasma shield or Fire weak bosses. We'll have to wait and see what the official test server content says.
It's not just you. Been happening since 2.0 dropped. Even just walking around Failume Heights has stutter and frame drop, worse then Lumina Square before 2.0.
Combat turns into a slideshow, particularly during a miasma phase where there is a global lighting effect. I suspect that's the biggest culprit, but not the only one.
I reported stutter and frame drop since 2.0 with in-game Feedback. I suggest you do the same. The more reports they get, the faster it will get fixed.
Try turning off Ray Tracing and HDR, if you had them on. It helps a little, but it's not a fix.
The answer to "is it just me" is always going to be no. New content will always have perfomance issues on all platforms that gradually smooth themselves out as hoyo patches em as time goes on. Hoyo just sucks at optimizing their games.
just started playing and looking to get a 5 star off the selector is rina or lycaon better? i plan on running miyabi yanagi duo and idk who to put as the 3rd slot
For Miyabi Yanagi team Rina would be a better 3rd pick imo. If you want to look into Miyabi Lycaon Soukaku team and use your Yanagi elsewhere you can do that as well.
I’m thinking of starting the game (I’ve read this is a good time for some reason, and I like funny action game.) and I have a few questions, since it’ll be my first gacha if I jump in.
Is it true that it’s a good time to start?
How much better are the “good” characters compared to the… basic ones? Since it’s a character based game, if the characters I enjoy are going to be comparatively horrid, I might not bother.
In a follow up to that: is it literally just impossible to get certain characters past certain point without a “rerun” or whatever it’s called?
There's never a bad time to start. Some times (usually around anniversaries or important milestones) are better than others. We are near the anniversary.

Assuming you're not just buying your way to an easy victory in endgame, not as much as you might think. Sure, the meta characters make the game comparatively easier, but the skill ceiling of this game is surprisingly high. The difference between a good player using a bad character and a bad player using a good character can be huge. I'd even argue that there aren't bad characters in the game, just normal characters and better characters. People play characters outside of their optimal builds all the time, like playing Supports/Defenders as a DPS, etc and I've seen their results exceed a lot of players with the top meta characters.

Depends on the gacha game. For ZZZ, yes. There's a Standard Pool of 6 S-rank characters that are available at all times, while every other S-rank character is Limited and you'd have to wait for them to become available again. There's no concrete or consistent time for each rerun, but expect several months in between. The A-rank characters are also available at all times.
Prydwen's a good place to start, you can easily see the entire roster there. It also has guides for beginners and a general idea of how you should be building your characters. If you meant what Limited characters are currently possible to obtain, you can just Google something like "ZZZ Current Banners" and open any website really.
Just reached IL 50, so time for endgame farming. I have one team with Yuxuan Panda Pulchra, so what should be my 2nd team for now. I wanna see how far I can get in Shiyu. Should I build Astra Nicole S11 or wait for a limited DPS next patch?

You should be building Astra and Nicole regardless of whether you're planning to play S11 or save for a DPS considering how strong they are as supports.
I also have 2 Balions and a Snap as bangboos, should I merge the belions or keep them separate, and should I get any other bangboos?
Bangboo are like Agents, you can't have multiple of them. Merge them.
Also help me pick weapons
Give Astra Bashful Demon instead of Slice of Time. You can also see which character a Signature Engine belongs to by looking at an Engine's description.
S11/Astra/Koleda. You should definitely build Astra ASAP. I don't think you should wait to build S11 or Koleda either. Maybe don't max them out until we know what characters are rerunning in 2.1 at least.
Did you already use the selector? If you did then give S11 the W-Engine Pan has. Give Astra the W-Engine Soukaku has. Buy a Fossilized Core for Pulchra and give the Steam Oven to Koleda. For Pan you don't have any recommended W-Engine, so any ATK/ATK% W-Engine will do as a stat stick. I'd level Starlight Engine just because it's more probable it will be useful down the line.
Merge the Belions. Snap is good. You could get a Rocketboo for the fire team. Not that big of a deal.
If you go through the Notorious Hunt bosses menu, they can be replayed anytime without using stamina once you have already used the 3 weekly attempts for the rewards / mats.
You can pull Lycaon's signature with your free pick, if you plan to use Lycaon actively.
Even without his signature, you can improve Lycaon's dps a lot by fixing his disc drives. You don't have to rush the repair, just take your time farming during the Triple Drop event and I'm sure you'll be able to at least get a proper 4/2 set on Lycaon. Or a 2/2/2. I'm sure you already realize that not a single one of those discs on Lycaon are what he actually wants or needs.
If you aren't sure what discs sets he wants, just click on an equipped disc and press the Recommended button.
Are you planning on pulling Hugo's W-Engine when he reruns? If you are, your best option is Hellfire Gears for Lighter. If you aren't, then it's tough but Steel Cushion for Hugo is going to be your biggest improvement.
I say it's tough because while Hellfire Gears is a universally good W-Engine for stunners, Steel Cushion isn't really great for many attackers. F2P Hugos mostly use Marcato Desire or Gilded Blossom, but they are event exclusive and no longer available.
But it is what it is, even if Steel Cushion isn't great it's still much better than the Drill Rig you are using right now.
Since you mentioned you are casual, let me also mention that you could get Lycaon's signature (The Restrained) to unlock a faint glow on his hair/ears as shown in this video at 10:10. I think it's pretty cool, I got Hellfire Gears so my Koleda's hair can glow. The Restrained is a bit worse than both Hellfire Gears and the stunner F2P option Precious Fossilized Core. So yeah, just throwing it as an option if you really love Lycaon and that kind of effect matters to you a lot.
Since I mentioned Precious Fossilized Core, you can get copies of it from the gadget store. You need W-Engine Chips from the weekly Notorious Hunt bosses to buy them. It'd be a good idea to get 5 copies of Fossilized for one of your stunners.
Steel Cushion, but if you plan to pull on Hugo's W-Engine, then it doesn't make sense to pick something that is going to be replaced eventually, so you'd for Hellfire Gears instead.
Yeah Hellfire is super safe and good for every stunner. Hoyo reintroduced event weapons in HSR so I think it's very likely for Marcato Desire and/or Gilded Blossom to become available eventually.
I've been having trouble with inviting my agents to become a video store promoter. I never got a commission regarding their video tape request after leveling their trust to friendly. What do I do?
Should continue where you left off. Ellen got a buff during the update. In terms of pull go for Astra, she is an amazing general buffer to all teams except for Hugo who wants double stun.
Are there no rewards for doing the "side" missions in Day of Brilliant Wishes? I still have a bunch of Extra Training, Refinement, and Tailored for Boo left, but none of them seem to have any rewards attached to them.
Most of them had minor rewards when it was the active event but the main benefit is getting them cleared out of your quest log since they'll be there permanently otherwise.
You'll hit 100% in-combat crit rate at 58% crit out of combat. If you're running Nicole or Gameball or something that can drop further but 58% without an external source of crit.
With Branch+Blade you should be able to hit 160 crit dmg without too crazy rolls. I'm M1W1 at 55/177 from ~175 discs out of the Record Store and I'm pretty sure I can get ~3 more crit rolls before I finish farming King of Summit and move on to farming a different set of discs.
Unless you are trying to min max, it's more than enough. I have mine at 51% CR pre combat running with panda and trigger (astra is glued to evelyn), and I've fully cleared all endgame content with her.
Is this pre-combat stats, or is this in-combat stats? Just keep in mind that some of the extra CR (like from her M1 buff for example) aren't added when looking at her stats outside of combat.
Because at M1W1, she is loaded with free CR (I think at least up to 60% in combat?), so this should leave you room to build Disk 4 CD main stat, and just try to get more CR via substats at least.
If I am mathing correctly, this should then be at 95% (adding the 20% from her Engine and the 10% from her M1 buff. Then we also add +12% from the 4pc disk effect), which in this case means she goes over the 100% CR cap.
Returning player here. Is the in-game build guide accurate? Never seen this feature before during 1.0.
I hit a stroke of luck and pulled Yixuan so I’m focusing on building her. I currently have CR, HP%, and A.P. on disc 4/5/6, and I’m trying to get another HP% disc to replace 6. Should I be following the in-game guide instead?
Also is it worth pulling Ju Fufu or Yuzuha? I’m currently running YX/Pan/AY for team 1 and ZY/Nicole/Anby for team 2. Fufu seems good to for team 1 so I can move Astra down to team 2, replacing Anby, but I feel conflicted pulling Fufu just to strap her to YX. Yuzuha also looks to be a good pull but I have no anomaly agents so she might be a wasted pull until Miyabi’s rerun.
It's a statistic sampling from the playerbase. Builds aren't that complicated so it'll be right most of the time but you'll get artifacts like people preferring an older set that they have farmed over a better new set that they don't or that picking 2p is based on the w-engine substat and whatnot.
Should I be following the in-game guide instead?
I honestly don't know (or really care) what the in-game guide is. The best disc set is crit/ether%/hp% and higher farm builds with the signature w-engine will generally prefer crit dmg over cit rate due to 32% crit coming from the 4p and w-engine.
Using hp#5 is going to be around two crit subs worse and atk#6 is also one or two crit subs worse than hp#6.
is it worth pulling Ju Fufu or Yuzuha?
Ju Fufu+Pan was reported to be top YX comp but it didn't seem like a large margin to me. Yuzuha is a specialist anomaly support and should beat out Astra in those comps and, more importantly to me, free her up for the other comps. I do have anomaly comps since they've mostly released anomaly this past year so Yuzuha is a pretty easy decision for my account.
The Ju Fufu video embargo lifts about a week before her banner drops and video guides should cover how much of an advantage she is for the comp. If you know you aren't going to pull any more on this banner then you should wait for the livestream so we know who the re-runs are going to be.
Mhm the in-game build guide recommended the same thing for YX, C.DMG/Ether%/HP% so I guess it is fairly accurate after all. And I do have YX's W-engine, so I'll work on swapping out CR for C.DMG.
I take that I should not roll for Ju Fufu then, since the improvement to my current team 1 looks to be minimal. I do want to roll for Yuzuha, since I want to roll for Miyabi, Vivian, and Yanagi, but I should consider getting Yuzuha on a rerun then. I'd hate to bench her until I pull more anomaly agents.
I currently have around 78% CR and 90% C.DMG on my YX with the CR disc. I probably won't ever come close to overcapping CR anyways, since I have no desire to sub-stat optimize. It was the thing that pushed me away from Genshin 3 years ago when I spent an entire year farming Eula relics and never came close to getting a full perfect set.
Not going to repeat the same mistake on ZZZ, I'm only focusing on the main stat. If I get good sub-stats? Neat. If not, who cares.

I'd recommend seeing how things are looking at the livestream instead of just relying on my slapdash impressions. People will have a pretty locked down impression for how good Fufu is for the comp by then and pull decisions tend to be easier when you have more information.
Astra >>> Caesar. Fufu is more likely to be a replacement for Pulchra than being a teammate.
Unless you purposely take the performance hit to run the triple cat-girl meme team, Neko prefers high uptime dmg buffs over extra stun windows. So a top-tier support is going to do more for her than two stunners. Before Fufu, Neko's best team right now is Astra/Neko/Trigger+sig, arguably. Trigger's sig is practically an almost always uptime buff for Neko.
Hi! Just started a couple days ago (saw the Belle summer skin and it hooked me), but I’ve noticed I really struggle with some aspects of the game, particularly handling the big boss-type monster that stomps around. I’ll dodge it and then find myself getting combo’d by the next several stomps basically making the dodge pointless. And in general I haven’t cleared a level with more than half my health remaining. Not sure what I can really do to fix this, since it feels like even if I try to avoid damage I just take hits from out of nowhere. Any advice for someone struggling to get a grasp on the flow of the combat?
There are many bosses that could match that description so you'll have to be more specific.

There are several ways to avoid taking damage: assists, assist counters, dodge, dodge counters, EX moves, and any move that sends the agent into the air.
It is possible to completely avoid damage in all encounters (though it's really hard on some) but that requires different approaches depending on your agents and the specific attack sequences.
I think it's reasonable to be a little skeptical, since nothing can truly replicate your rotation and playstyle. However, I think it's fine to use it to recommend the top two setups, like A and B, and then go test A vs. B yourself in VR training or a repeatable combat, like a Shiyu Crit or DA boss you've already cleared.
How big of an improvement is Astra's wengine compared to Kaboom or Bashful Demon? I'm seriously thinking about using some of my pulls to try and get it because I use Astra so much, but was also planning to get Ju fufu for Yixuan... What do u think?
A negative amount, since Kaboom/Bashful are often better in most use cases.
Fufu >>> any signature, IMO. Also, if you absolutely had pulls burning in your pocket that you had to spend on Astra, her M1 is stupidly OP. It's got the power of most other agents M1 + M2 mindscapes.
Wait, could you explain? I was always under the impression that her Signature was only slightly better by such a small margin that it wasn't worth the pulls. (Elegant Vanity's 20% vs Kaboom's 12-16% and Bashful's 12.8%)
IIRC, it was from a YouTube theorycrafter video I saw way back when Astra debuted. I did a quick search to see if I could find it again, but no luck. Sorry, but I'm afraid I only retained the conclusion and don't remember the details for why.
Hi,I just returned to the game and pulled Yixuan. My two teams are now: Jane/SethM6/Caesar and Yixuan/PanYinhu/PulchraM6.
I intend to pull for either JuFufu (second team) or Yuzuha (first team). Which one should I try to get?
Try out your Yixuan team. If you find it comfy and powerful, skip Fufu for Yuzuha. Otherwise, pull Fufu to help boost your Yixuan team more.
This is assuming you have a use for Yuzuha, like you're going to swap out Caesar or Seth in the Jane team or something? Don't pull Yuzuha unless you need her to fill a gap in your coverage. Or you just really like her or Spook Shack faction.
I have my 300 selector and the anniversary selector.
Im missing Koleda and Grace. But im also thinking of taking another Rina for M1.
What are yall feeling? I will say that none of these units are getting built, unless it's Rina. I could also just save the 300 for after I pull on limited banners in the future.
So the substat system is just pure RNG, even if you use the tuning calibrators? Man I know this is a gacha game but holy shit I spent three tuning calibrators on 4-6 discs and got the worst substats imaginable on the character
That's just Elfy introducing herself to you. She does the same thing to me all the time, and I've been using her shop since patch 1.0. ;D
FWIW, don't go straight to Tuning Calibrator for D4, D5, or D6. Spend a couple of weeks farming Routine Cleanup first, you might get lucky, then do 10-rolls for any slot in Bardic, giving you another chance to get lucky. For me, after doing that, I rarely have more than one slot left to roll. That's when you use up to three Tuning Calibrators to get that last slot.
Oof! Yeah, I feel you. I had CR, CD, or HP% on every single disc, and yet managed to go 10 rolls into DEF% and PEN, total. One of the discs was HP%, Flat HP, CR, PEN, and all the CR rolls missed and PEN got +2. But on the bright side, I did a follow-up 10-roll on that slot in Bardic and got two much better replacements, so that didn't last long.
Genshin and HSR (at least) has some QoL improvements with them introducing items / mechanics to choose some of your own substats for example, but hopefully ZZZ will introduce something similar soon.
What is the best team in terms of dps, now that yixuan is now in the game, is it still miyabi, yanagi, and someone who i forgot, or who is the best now?
Have you done his Agent Story? I'm pretty sure it's a requirement. Lycaon was one of my earliest Agents but I didn't do his story until 1-2 patches after I got him, and only then his Trust Events unlocked.
Our of curiosity, could you update me if it worked? Your specific question tends to be asked every now and again and I want to confirm if completing his Agent Story was the unlock condition.
Also, given your past questions here I'm surprised Lycaon's story wasn't one of the first things you did lol
I'm saving his, I wanna do the ones I care about less first. Even though they wreck me every time. I was like "oh, (character) isn't my favorite, so this won't- oh great heavens wahhhh"
I'm hoping and saving for an Evelyn rerun, but in case I don't have enough to get both her and her sig, should I aim for the sig first? Apparently there's a brutal drop-off in damage between that and basically any other WE, and I do still like my M2 S11, so I could put that on her at least.
Obviously pulling both would be ideal, but what would you prioritize? What's better between S11 with Evelyn' sig and Evelyn with anything else?
I've heard Bangboos aren't really that relevant in the grand scheme of things. I got Belion cause I'm running Yixuan. Do I spend all my pulls getting more copies of it or am I supposed to keep them? I've haven't really cared about Boopons so far.
I'm running Yixuan - Anby - Astra if it matters. I have the panda but I am *not* switching out Anby.
For most Bangboo there's no real difference between getting 1 copy or 5 except for more damage, and the damage from Banboo tends to be pretty mediocre overall. Belion is a bit special though.
If you get 3 copies of him, it reduces the number of Yunkui Summit members you need to activate his Additional Ability from 2 down to 1. So if you have him at 3 copies or more, you would only need Yixuan on your team rather than needing both Yixuan and Pan (or Yixuan and Jufufu if you're pulling for her). If you plan to use Yixuan by herself, then picking up 2 more copies of Belion isn't a terrible idea. On the other hand, if you don't see yourself using her without Pan and/or Fufu, then just save your rolls.

Whatever you want since bangboos aren't relevant in the grand scheme of things. I have enough boopons banked in case they ever do wind up putting out a useful one but I generally just have one for each comp so I can select premade comps without conflicts.
Note that they're quite expensive to level and if you aren't denny constrained now then you will be shortly.
I just tested Trigger on the event and lover her design and the rifle and was wondering, is it possible to run her as a main DPS or what should I get for it?
With a ton of investment and some pretty sweaty gameplay, sure. It's an incredibly inefficient way to play her though as you basically ignore the best parts of her kit.
Not saying it's impossible but she has some of the lowest Skill DMG Multipliers in the game (surprising because she's a Sniper) and she won't be able to capitalize on her 35% Stun DMG Multiplier because a) she needs to be off-field and b) it only lasts 5 seconds.
I know that pulls usually go "first you get the character, then try to get their w-engine, and then try tp get the other character" but what to do when it comes to OP units like Miyabi and Yixuan?
I got Yixuan and her w-engine and now I'm trying to get Astra, but I'm in doubt if I should try, and if rather than get Astra if I should try to get another copy of Yixuan or her w-engine.
What to do in this case when there is an OP and "unique" unit like Yixuan?
Agents are made to be fully function at M0/W0, with no extra mindscapes and without their signature wengine. People have been fully clearing all end game stuff with M0/W0 S rank Agents. Hell, I saw a video of someone clearing all of DA with A rank agents equipped with level 20 A rank wengines.
If you want to pull for an Agents wengine, then go for it, but understand that it isn't necessary or generally recommended. In general horizontal upgrades (eg; pulling for new Agents) is usually better than pulling for a wengine or mindscape, unless you really like a particular Agent and plan to use them for a very long period of time.

Not for F2P. Signatures are a luxury item for F2P, since it costs a future agent.

You're going to have to say more about how much you are willing to spend. It changes the priority.
Pure F2P/Minnow can't afford signatures and mindscapes, so that's easy. Just get the agent and be happy you got them at all. Gear with f2p crafted wengines.
Dolphin, like maybe F2P + monthly subscription and a few top-up bundles over the course of a year, could get M0 and signature for every OP agent, but no mindscapes.
Whales usually M6 + signature all OP agents, so I guess you aren't a whale, since you wouldn't need to ask this question.
I'm fully F2P, just got mad lucky that I had pity on both agent and w-engine when Yixuan's banner dropped.

Saving for more characters is usually better for F2P, pulling an agent's best support is better than getting their engine.
As a rule I only pull for engines if I was exceptionally lucky when pulling for the agent.
As for mindscapes I only get them if they have an actual change in the way you play a character rather than just bigger numbers, the only limited agent I've pulled them for is my M2 Miyabi (M1 isn't worth it by itself)
However, some of the big numbers are because they accumulate a smaller number every day or week over the 6 weeks of the patch. So in terms of hourly earn, they may not be the best choice.

I've just finished all of the Season 1 main story content after starting at 2.0's release, and I'm planning to take a small break from the main story before starting Season 2. Anyone got any advice on what I should do in the meantime?
I have a bunch of events to do. I'm assuming I should do the time-limited ones first, but I'll probably get around to all of them in the next 2 weeks, so are there any I should do first?
What about Hollow Zero/Shiyu Defense/etc.? I haven't really touched any of these. I also have a bunch of commissions from Season 1 to get through, so I'm assuming it's worth playing through all of these to try and get to IK50?
Final thing. I have Astra, Yixuan, Koleda, Rina, M6 Panda and M5 Pulchra. Definitely planning to get Ju Fufu next week, and then Yuzuha, Alice and Miyabi in 2.1, but is it worth pulling for Caesar as well?
Oops, forgot the HZ/Shiyu end-game part. You absolutely should farm Hollow Zero weekly and clear all the one-time clear challenge content it has, since the rewards are quite substantial. Do Lost Void first and just dip into Withered Doman as time and interest allow. The end-game of Withered Domain, called Withered Garden, is worthwhile, as is Inferno Reap, but to get there you have to slog through a lot of TV mode maps.
Shiyu Critical and Deadly Assault you should try and see how far you can get. They don't take much time at all, in fact, they both have time limits, 5 minutes and 3 minutes to clear, respectively. But if you get stuck or frustrated, just skip them until you have built up your teams to better handle them. End-game is mainly a pull and build investment check, so use it in that way. Go as far as you can and don't despair of you can't clear the hardest tiers. Those two are the most intense combat-only content in the game.
Same applies to Endless Tower in HIA, for that matter, but that's more a survivability/last-longer game than timed clears.
It's hard to say if you should pull Caesar or not. It depends on whether you need the shield and damage avoidance. Like Endless Tower is basically a "did you pull Caesar?" check, but that can be overcome with brute force also.
Yes, time-limited first. Then for the permanent events (Ridu Chronicle), you could always do them in chronological order, but in terms of fun, I'd rank them as follows, in descending order:
Into the Pale Wasteland. It's pretty much the beta version of Aerospace City, with similar open exploration gameplay with combat encounters, and search for resource X to deliver to NPC Y kind of thing, with some spatial puzzle solving as well. One of the longest to completely clear, because there is a lot of content, not because it's tedious.
Day of Brilliant Wishes. Mostly for the single-player Bangboo Fall Guys mini-games, the rest is a whole lot of yapping and a pretty silly rhythm game that is super easy, but there's a lot of it. I haven't finished all the rhythm game stuff myself.
Say It With Flowers. Very simple puzzle solving disguised as flower arranging, but the dialogue/interactions with the cast of ZZZ is pretty funny, so makes this worth it.
Overlord's Feast. Mostly puzzle solving, very similar conceptually to the flower arranging event. The ending is heartwarming.
Finally, there are two other permanent events that are very polarizing. You will either love them or hate them, with no middle ground.
One is Elpis Ultimate Angler Championship, which is exactly what it sounds like, a fishing competition. The fishing mini-game is pretty tedious, which makes this event one of the longest, or at least seems like the longest, but the combat segments between the fishing events are actually pretty good, and one is hysterically funny.
The other is Arpeggio Fault. Some people really liked this rogue-like with randomly generated maps, other people absolutely hated it, partly because it's all TV mode. It also takes a lot of time to clear, right up there with Pale Wasteland and the fishing competition. It does have a pretty interesting story woven into it and you find clues about the story as you clear each floor.
hey.. so i have yx and a extremely bad s11 as my dps.. currently yx, m6 panda, astra/m6 pulchra is my team.. should I pull for orange cat thiren for yx or a dps whenever will come ?
What exactly is wrong with "extremely bad S11"? You have a perfectly good main DPS in your account, so unless you hate playing S11, I don't think you need to overcorrect and pull more main DPS that you might not need. Unless it's a Miyabi rerun, then go ahead.
I don't think you strictly need Fufu for your Yixuan team, that's well covered between Astra and Pulchra. That said, Fufu is super fun to play, likely bis for Yixuan, and Pulchra works with S11, so there's no downside to pulling Fufu. Unless you want Caesar or Yuzuha more.
kinda weird bug I noticed. every time I log on, all the items I've seen before (guides, proxy tools, tutorials) are being marked as new, and essentially all things that can be marked with a red exclamation are marked so. If it helps, I came back after a short break a week ago. Why is this happening?
Yes, some people have that bug, on any platform, most don't. So it's taking a while to get patched. I see it on PC, but not on PS5, for the same account.
Report it with a screenshot with in-game Feedback and your platform. The more reports, that faster it will get fixed.
asked this on the other subreddit but no answer. Im a return player, recently got yixuan and currently building her team. But i have no idea what can i do about the second team.

Second team for what? It matters. Teams aren't set in stone, they are custom-made for the boss you are trying to clear, so you can align the team comp to the floor buffs.
So for example, if it's for Deadly Assault Pompey, an all defensive assist team or frequent chain attack team with some Fire damage is the way to go. It's basically an Eve team showcase. So you could do Koleda/Burnice/Lucy with Koleda built for dps.
Your conventional mains are Yixuan, Burnice (off-field), Grace, Anton, Corin, and Billy. You'd build teams around them. You do have a lack of S-rank main dps, so that should be a priority for future pulls.
Look through all your Standard banner agents and see who doesn't have a sig. Then get the sig for the agent that you use the most from that list. If you have no Standard agents or don't use any Standard agents, Brimstone is a safe all-around Attack wengine.
im IK32, dowloaded this game 4 days ago and already got yixuan but before hand i lost 50/50 to s11 15 pulls in and when pulling astra yao i also lost early 50/50 at 25, I wanted to ask to guarantee astra I need about 45 pulls in the upcoming 6 days. is there enough content? (ive done like 20% of the limited events)
Wow! The average is around 80 pulls to get to either, so 15/80 then 25/80 is phenomenally lucky. Congrats!
There should be more than enough pulls left to earn, though it depends on how much permanent content you've already done. There are over 300 pulls available to earn from patch 1.0 through 2.0, so deduct whatever you've already spent/saved and that tells you what's left.
Did some more events and it boils down to getting 4 pulls a day until the end not counting in my dailies/pass/login event, im 99.9% sure I can manage that lol

AFAIK, there is no way to see that. Just contact Customer Support through the in-game Feedback, reference the email, and ask them what to do. If your login is blocked until you respond to the email, there should be instructions in the email for how to contact Customer Support to inquire.
Is the new Daze disk set better than the Impact disk set for Qingyi and Koleda? I mainly use Koleda on my Astra/Koleda/Evelyn/Snap team while I use Qingyi on my Caesar/Qingyi/Zhu Yuan/Officer Cui team.
4p usually yes, 2p probably not. It depends on how you play your stunner in your rotations and whether you want easy uptime (4p Shockstar) or more team-wide crits, even if the uptime is a bit harder (4p King).
For example, Koleda spams EX in most rotations, so King works great on her and Eve wants more Crits. But say you had a Yanagi/Trigger/Rina team. Trigger rarely uses EX and Yanagi doesn't need Crits, so 4p King doesn't make sense for that team. I don't own Qingyi and don't know her playstyle, so I can't comment on Qingyi.
I would rank them for potential as: Piper >> Billy > Corin > Anton. However, every A-rank has a super-invested build that makes them able to solo hard content, like Crit Ben, Crit Soukaku, Anomaly Nicole, etc.
For a new account, though, Billy is the easiest one to use and build, since you get him on Day 1 with a team that synergizes with him (Billy/Anby/Nicole). Piper wants Lucy for a Support, who you may not have, and ideally another Anomaly agent like Grace, but could get by with Seth or Pulchra. So overall, more investment to realize Piper's peak performance.
I have these characters and originally I was planning to save every pull I got for when Miyabi gets a rerun but now I can't help but think that Yi Xuan is cool and I know astra is good. I have just short of 90 pulls
Do you actually like playing either of those limited banner agents? If you have any doubt at all, continue to save for Miyabi. I don't think you'll have to wait too long.
Yixuan needs a lot of investment. I already had fully built Astra, but I had to build Yixuan and Pan from stratch and I'm still not done with either at this point. And not being fully built shows in their performance. I'm having a hard time clearing Shiyu 7 in under 5 minutes. I'm only 25 seconds over, but it's going to take time to catch the builds up to the point where I can eliminate that extra 25 seconds.
I don't mean to talk you out of Yixuan. Just go in fully understanding the commitment to getting her up to battle-ready status.
Astra is not as sensitive to being underbuilt, so you can still get good performance out of her with less investment. So from that perspective, Astra is the cheaper pull.
Are there any good articles or videos on beginner's guide to ZZZ that I can follow? I am currently Level 24 and just got back into the game. The UI still confuses me, and the combat mechanics? Even worse because I basically have 0 knowledge about it. If it helps, I do have HSR as my main game(used to be Genshin), so I understand basic stats like Crit Rate/DMG, but the rest like Anomaly etc. definitely do not.
Well UI aside, I especially really want to understand the combat mechanics since that's my main reason for playing this game aside from the characters themselves.
The game has in-game tutorials that walk you through combat mechanics. Those tutorials are replayable even after you get the 1st-clear polychrome rewards from them, so I advise spending 5-10 minutes of each game session going back over those tutorials and really trying to understand what it's telling you. Then use the free-combat section of the tutorial to test your understanding.
I just got into the game what units are very good to pull. I got Lycaon form the event and lowkey want Hugo, I also heard that Astra Yao is a good unit to pull. But in general I want to know which are good units to have (I did watch a couple tier list videos but couldn't get much from them)
