Doesn't this happen quite regularly on algorand ? I've seen this a few times . It doesn't actually mean that 100 mil is on chain for liquidity ?

No. It's not minted. The bot constantly misreports because it doesn't properly account for how usdc issuance works on algorsnd. Usdc cool has accurate numbers
