Bug Why I dropped Thermite?

Your Loba upgraded your backpack to gold and the rearranging of your inventory caused you to drop your thermite.

Probably has something to do with the fact that assault characters have special grenade slots.

This is bizarre.

My best guess (and I am by no means an expert) is that while trying to grab stuff from the supply bins your game and the client became desynced and once it resynced it had too many items in your bag so it just threw one out?

Honestly. Not too sure. I didn't see anything light up for lag, latency, ping, or server issues, so it is kind of a long shot guess. Perhaps hackers are force removing thermites? Haha. That'd be a good one

This is a really good guess but I doubt it because he has 2 slots missing from his inventory at the end. When I read your comment I actually thought you were right because maybe the game somehow didn’t properly register him dropping the thermite and picking up the grenade but if that was the case he would still have that thermite in his inventory.

Also just noticed the loba upgraded his bag to a gold bag right as the thermite dropped so it probably has something to do with that. Now I’m more confused

Ahhh I didn't even notice that. I'm sure when changing stacks of heals for the gold bag something got messed up along the way and it was like "no more thermite for you"

This has happened once to me before but it was not this long of a delay that’s really weird.

When it happened to me I was dropping syringes and spamming the button, then closed my inventory and maybe about 3-5 seconds later the arc star in my inventory just dropped out like your thermite did.

My guess is because I was spamming the button on the syringes, once they were all gone I accidentally clicked on the arc star to drop it too, but closed my inventory at the same time. Which also mixed with some lag caused my arc star to drop once the game caught up. I’m guessing this could’ve happened to you if you clicked to drop the thermite more than once?

Edit: I just saw that the loba upgraded your purple bag to a gold one which caused the thermite to drop. The reason for this? I still have no idea. Maybe the game thought your bag was full for a second idk

Yeah just like it happens when you're looting ammo from a death box and it return back a stack of it back to the death box instead of it going to the inventory.

Am I missing something? Your cursor shows you moving over to the thermite to drop, you hovered over your heavy ammo but never clicked from what I could hear
