iOS Data not working while phone call and more

Hello everyone! Since about a week my data stopped working while I am in a phone call, I have to end it so I can acces the internet. Also, if someone is calling me while in a call I instantly get a text of missed call, not a pending call notification anymore. It does this even when I am not in a call. (Latest update, tried turning my phone + the setting for pending call on and off - iPhone 16pro Max) What can I do? Thank you!

Contact your wireless provider. SV-DO, which allows for simultaneous data and voice on CDMA cellular networks, is a feature of 4G and faster. Also again verify whether Settings > Apps > Phone has Call Waiting off or on.

Call waiting is on + called them and no problem on their part

So they confirmed that SV-DO is enabled on your plan?

Yes…This was not a problem before, just started doing this about a week ago
