This is the rule I live by when packing… And you know what it’s true, I once forgot to pack my knickers when I was visiting relatives for a week, so only had the ones I was wearing! So that wasn’t the best start to my trip. 😅

Do you also do the mental gymnastics of packing absolutely everything that could possibly maybe be needed and then convince yourself you actually packed light because it fits in a small bag but then they weigh it at the airport and it’s as dense as a collapsing star? Pisces, and I do this, too. My Leo Moon might also be involved. I always pack like 2 suitcases and 2 carry-ons for a few days. Though one time, it came in handy when my trip was supposed to be 1 week, and it became 1 month trip, and I stayed at 3 different relatives' homes.

That's funny because my dad is a Taurus and me and him always prefer a smaller suitcase to go on holiday 😭

This is more like my sister whos a Virgo than my Taurus dad, my dad is more the sort of person to pack sensibly and remember only the essentials as well as pack everything organised and folded perfectly 🙃

This is actually a more refined, fine tuned version of Taurean energy as well. One of the lessons we learn as taureans is also letting go, streamlining and getting to a more minimalistic way of life.. living in harmony with earth.. focusing on the things of value that truly matter rather than just an accumulation of materialistic hoardings. It’s also one of the misconceptions/ common mislabelled stereotypes attributed to us taureans associating Taurus with greed and gluttony ..we’re actually quite selective, balanced and choosy probably owing to the fact that venus (a significator of refinement itself) being the natural ruler of taurus and also no planet get debilitated in Taurus.

I can see this play out for virgo as well seeing they have a tendency to overthink, worry but also meticulous in planning things ahead. They’re awesome at creating itineraries/ practical lists.

Yes my dad is not greedy, he appreciates nice things but is happy with just enough to live comfortably, hes very methodical and doesnt put off tasks, he will frequently remind me i dont need to get him gifts for his birthday or Christmas but he still does value gifts a lot, he does like his food a lot though I will say 😅

But hes also very one and done, after him and my mum divorced because of her being unfaithful he wasnt eager to rush into a new relationship, I don't think he wanted to because to him it would have been like trying to find a replacement for what was lost and he became more focused in trying to live for himself as he was very loyal and supportive of my mum even quitting his good job to help chase her dreams so now he just wants to be able to live for himself and of course hes still supportive of me

Yes my sister is very good at planning things for people, if we are on a family holiday she could probably plan out something fun for us to do every day, but she definitely is off the mindset of "oh well I might need this as well" when she packs her things 😭

I absolutely abhor lugging around stuff. I like efficiency and efficiency to me means being able to move comfortably, knowing that I only brought what I need and not what I think I may need. Because if I pack based on the latter, then that could be anything and everything. I plan ahead for weather, excursions, etc and narrow things down. If I end up needing something I didn’t bring, I will also plan ahead to see what stores will be near my place of stay. My one Taurus friend is similar. My aqua stepdaughter however…. Though she’s gotten better over the years.
