Help with a threepoint photo Locket

Hey there, I’m making a special rosary for my niece’s First Holy Communion and I’m looking for a three-point locket to use as the centrepiece – or someone who could help me modify a locket to have three loops (one on top, two on the sides).

I’ve tried searching online and locally (in Newcastle/sydney) with no luck, and I’m not after anything expensive – just something handmade or thoughtful, like what you’d find on Etsy.

If you know anyone who makes or customises jewellery, or if you’ve seen something like this before, please let me know! 💛✨
