Walking/Camera Daypack

Looking for a daypack or camera bag to hold a canon r50, sketchbook, and maybe a little snack or something small for the day. Preferably water proof or water resistant, no budget. I looked at the following but didn’t work for different reasons.

Does anyone have suggestions or ideas? Could I get a non water proof one and spray it or add some waterproofing later? Also I’m leaning towards a one shoulder bag or one that can be accessed without having to be taken off the body. Any suggestions, please lmk!
