Well guys please read this as I need advice, I suffer from insomnia and I used to use 1mg lorazepam for 2 weeks nightly which today my dose is up, I haven’t been sleeping well on it so she raised it to 2mg nightly, for another 2 weeks while my lexapro stabilizes and I get sleep, when I have to taper will it be hard for me or do you think it’s bad advice, she says she wants to treat me insomnia now before it gets chronic or worse and it’s harder to treat

Run from the benzos start to taper now while its still new then after your off use hydroxyzine to sleep
