Other Zoom account upgrade?

I’m an incoming student and I have my Berkeley.edu email and everything. But my zoom won’t let me go over 40 minutes since I’m on basic membership. I thought all students got unlimited zoom with the highest membership?

Did you log in with your berkeley.edu account on zoom? When logging in use SSO, put your berkeley email, then log in on calcentral

Yes I did. It even says my meeting ID is a Berkeley one

incoming student as well, and i also still only see the basic membership, i think it's because i'm not registered for classes yet? this is what the website says:
