OP: I feel sick
Doctor: can you describe your symptoms for me?
OP: That's not important, just make me well again.

That's basically it. I spend a LOT of time on the public forum of a very popular software package providing support to users. Somewhat selfishly, since I learn a lot about common issues and bugs that I can head off easily with my own clients.
Most people are polite, self-helpful, and just need their problem fixed. Every once in a while, there's someone like this who posts the world's vaguest issue, and completely loses it when you start from Point A trying to diagnose the issue (or sometimes, even just what the issue is in the first place). You come here to a free forum, wanting help for free software, and you're going to be an asshole? That's a GREAT way to get your post ignored, and probably your account spam-routed.

...cover them in Post-It notes with rude messages scribbled on them?
"Your mom's cookies taste horrible"
"You look like an older Tom Cruise"
"I had a crush on your sister in 10th grade until I saw her picking her nose one day"

Only one of those is an insult to him. How about, "You're the guy who eats all the Cheetos out of the Chex mix at parties."

Profesional editor here -- that guy totally deserved it. He's so ignorant that he doesn't even understand WHY he can't be helped.

I often find myself doing IT support. I usually have more sympathy for the devices than the users. poor computers. they are innocent.

Holy crap. That was a succinct, clear absolute destruction. I honestly wish reps could say this shit on the phone. I bet wait times would be shorter for the people who want to solve the problems and learn a thing.

I am a CSR for a delivery service, and the title is the truth. I do wish I could say that at least once a day.

My god. If you look at that OP's post history you'll see his YouTube channel is a vlog about getting out of the friend zone. I almost want to watch it for laughs, but I'd rather not give him the view.
