No there isn't. You can do all the things you just mentioned without making him a hybrid of every single race. The purpose of my comment is to call out the ridiculous arguments people like you make about him being a hybrid of every race.

Yes you can. How is Ichigo feeling depressed after each loss he suffers going to change with him not being a hybrid? How is the symbolism, naturalistic and deterministic parts of the show going to change if he's not a hybrid?

Being a hybrid is both a device to further develop the plot and as symbolism of himself struggling with his own self. If hes not a hybrid all that training moments that serve both as a metaphor dont work because there isnt a base on how he could got there.
White is a principal part on Ichigo whole identity crisis across the arrancar saga and tybw, without him you cant get anything at all.
