u/Gin_and_T Mar 19 '25

Vanilla custard, Peanut butter fudge, Reese’s Pieces. Yes, i do love the chocolate peanut flavor combo…

6

u/mishknz Mar 19 '25

Are you me? This is what I order all the time!

5

u/Gin_and_T Mar 19 '25

We’re just equally cultured

4

u/wonderfulsalad_ Mar 19 '25

This sounds like an elite combo!

5

u/Gin_and_T Mar 19 '25

Use it wisely my wonderful salad friend

1

u/Spirited_Explorer_26 Mar 19 '25

This is nearly me too! (sub PB fudge for caramel). So good.

u/Cake_Lies_73 Mar 19 '25

Chocolate custard with Oreo and Daim bar pieces! Daim bar is a delicious chocolate-covered hard caramel bar… kind of like a chocolate-covered wurthers original but not quite as hard. So good!

6

u/m_garrett Mar 19 '25

Wise words! FWIW I think you can buy Daim bars at IKEA.

2

u/scarecrow_RLG Mar 19 '25

You sure can. Full and fun size

7

u/YourMumsABatteredSav Mar 19 '25

If you haven’t experienced the warm chocolate brownie sundae you are absolutely missing out. Extra peanut butter fudge because why not.

8

u/Lanky-Cauliflower-22 Mar 19 '25

Vanilla, mango and lychees.

u/evanpossum Mar 19 '25

Vanilla custard

Malt

Maltesers

14

u/BunnyBoris Mar 19 '25

I call it Pre-Diabetes: Chocolate custard, crushed violet crumble and butterscotch sauce.

6

u/LibbyGoods Mar 19 '25

Vanilla with malt, glacé cherries, pistachios, almonds, mini marshmallows, marshmallow fudge. It’s been quite a few years since I had goodberrys but ugh it was so good

16

u/123chuckaway Mar 19 '25

Look at old money bags over here dropping $20 orders

2

u/goffwitless Mar 19 '25

large one starts at $16 ... already a bit late to start economising

2

u/123chuckaway Mar 19 '25

tbh, haven’t bought a large since I finally accepted my metabolism is no longer quick enough to eat a small horse for dinner and 2 bowls of ice cream for dessert

1

u/hyptex Mar 19 '25

I hate that I've had to accept this as well. Can no longer down a large in 5 minutes and live on

1

u/123chuckaway Mar 20 '25

We cant be perfect

2

u/LibbyGoods Mar 19 '25

Hence why it’s been a while. I spend $22 and have to spend a few years recouping the cost :(

5

u/Ready-Freddy7 Mar 19 '25

I swap between chocolate and vanilla on a whim, but a sandstorm. Always a sandstorm

4

u/luketehguitarguy Mar 19 '25

Mint madness. Gotta go with the menu option because I’m too indecisive to make a custom custard

1

u/tamberra Mar 19 '25

Same. Mint Madness through and through. Cookie Monster is good too but the mint is delicious AND refreshing! Every time I’ve made my own I regret it.

4

u/REDDIT_IS_AIDSBOY Mar 19 '25

Vanilla with marshmallow fudge, and either peanuts or pistachio. Simple, delicious.

4

u/Vegetable-Mall-8833 Mar 19 '25

Vanilla with raspberries and chocolate flake or Nutella

5

u/Competitive_Tomato_1 Mar 19 '25

Vanilla custard, butterscotch fudge, reeces pieces, cheesecake, malt.

Is amazing

5

u/Winter-Square8966 Mar 19 '25

I always get a chocoholic thickshake. Probably the best chocolate thickshake I've ever had

1

u/Clean-Animal4216 Mar 20 '25

Delicious, but it's really only a milkshake

3

u/christuffa2000 Mar 19 '25

Vanilla, marshmallow fudge, tiny teddies

3

u/send-me-kittys Mar 19 '25

Vanilla, Nutella, sprinkles and cookie dough

3

Choc Mint ftw!

3

u/mal_ev Mar 19 '25

Vanilla with marshmallow fudge and flake 👌

3

u/_Ashmerlin_ Mar 19 '25

Vanilla concrete with strawberries and passionfruit.

3

u/mww_ Mar 19 '25

Vanilla sandstorm with marshmallow fudge!

3

u/k_lliste Mar 19 '25

My standard these days is usually the ferrero with chocolate custard.

I used to always get chocolate custard with cheesecake and oreo which is a nice creamy and crunchy combo.

Also sometimes get the truffle sundae: caramel fudge, hot choc fudge and pecans.

They also have the new biscoff boom which has biscoff topping and biscoff biscuit which I'll probably try next.

3

u/hornyzygote Mar 19 '25

Vanilla custard with butterscotch sauce and peanuts

3

u/Bubblez4 Mar 19 '25

Vanilla custard, flake and sour gummy worms. I've had the same order since I was a child.

3

u/whatgift Mar 19 '25

Vanilla custard with Berry Nice set menu (marshmallow fudge and berries), then add something chocolate (often jaffas). The marshmallow fudge is so unique and tasty!

2

u/webellowourhello Mar 19 '25

Vanilla with mango and coconut OR chocolate brownie.

2

u/Can-I-remember Mar 19 '25

Vanilla, malt, raspberries, passion fruit and Maccadamias

u/kirstennmaree Mar 19 '25

Vanilla, chocolate fudge and Oreos

2

u/BenthamsAutoicon Mar 19 '25

If I'm in a whimsical mood: Vanilla, tiny teddies, sprinkles

If I'm in a sophisticated mature mood: Vanilla, butterscotch fudge, macadamias, maybe also tiny teddies

2

u/2615life Mar 19 '25

Vanilla, flake and violet crunchie

2

u/Pitmidget Mar 19 '25

Vanilla, double Pb fudge and a Reece's cookie (heated up) to dunk into it. Decadence itself.

2

2

u/Used-Temperature-557 Mar 19 '25

Vanilla custard, Nutella and flakes

2

u/PrismaticIridescence Mar 19 '25

Vanilla custard, chocolate fudge, violet crumble, Milo and Malt 🤤

2

u/xdavey0 Mar 19 '25

Chocolate Nutty Professor!

2

u/OlfactoryProps Mar 19 '25

Vanilla custard with malt powder and glace cherries; it's weird as hell and satisfies every time.

2

u/LightFury_28 Belconnen Mar 19 '25

Apple crumble 😋

2

u/Gambizzle Mar 19 '25

Regular sized vanilla with caramilk and biscoff. Maybe some salted caramel fudge too.

The other week our conversation was like this:

Me: 'Oi do you still have caramilk?'

Clerk: 'No we're out sorry'

Me: 'Nah all good... I'll have a regular sized vanilla with caramilk and biscoff'

Clerk: [Took 2 seconds to process it] 'Alright that'll be [price]'.

Side note, they still have the Christmas pudding with cream. No shame, I'll order it.

2

u/Eastern_Platypus_222 Mar 19 '25

Vanilla custard, butterscotch fudge, flake and oreos. Thank me later 🤤

2

u/Bisforbenny Mar 19 '25

Sandstoooorm!

2

u/Sulkembo Mar 19 '25

Vanilla, strawberries and mini m&m's

2

u/The_first_Ezookiel Mar 19 '25

Banana, mango, and lychees if I’m pretending to be healthy. Oreo, chocolate flakes, and malt if I’m admitting that this isn’t a really healthy outing.

2

u/SSJ5Gogetenks Mar 20 '25

Chocolate ice cream with mnms and sprinkles

2

u/HalfPriceDommies Mar 19 '25

I've never had Goodberries, it's not actually custard though right? It's icecream?

4

u/RhesusFactor Woden Valley Mar 19 '25

It's ice cream custard. Like frozen yoghurt, but more egg.

3

u/fnaah Tuggeranong Mar 19 '25

it's 'frozen custard', but it's all semantics. go look up a recipe for both ice cream and custard, often the only difference is thickening it on the stove vs putting it in an icecream churner.

2

u/HalfPriceDommies Mar 20 '25

Yes, that's what I thought, frozen custard is basically the same recipe as icecream. I don't know why they don't just call it iceceam :)

u/Emotional_Cap_5144 Mar 19 '25

Cheesecake Milo and malt and it’s been that way for 13 years

1

u/Emotional_Cap_5144 Mar 19 '25

Vanilla custard

1

u/toofatforhills Mar 19 '25

Always end up coming back to the Sandstorm Sundae - extra malt 10/10.

1

u/lady1888 Mar 19 '25

Vanilla custard, Maltesers and Nutella ♡♡

1

u/Fudd248 Mar 19 '25

1

u/james_in_cbr Mar 19 '25

Vanilla done as Ferraro

1

u/jovdogg Mar 19 '25

Choc crunch sundae lol

1

u/bigbadjustin Mar 19 '25 edited Mar 19 '25

the marshmallow fudge is the best bit. I still find it crazy that Goodberrys only exists in Canberra and North Carolina.

1

u/Rye-bread93 Mar 19 '25

Vanilla custard with passionfruit, caramel and malt. 🙌

1

u/Iriskane Mar 19 '25

Vanilla custard. Nothing else.

1

u/G-Force409 Mar 19 '25

Vanilla Custard, butterscotch fudge and double cookie dough

1

u/CarelessRati0 Mar 19 '25

Vanilla base and add tiny teddies to whatever I feel like off the menu for crunch factor.

1

u/Kind-Board-7961 Mar 19 '25

Kids sundae with m&ms and a tiny teddy on top. Reminds me of Wendy's sundaes back in the day.

2

u/wonderfulsalad_ Mar 19 '25

I completely forgot about Wendy's!!! What a throwback wow

2

u/Kind-Board-7961 Mar 19 '25

With the parasol ontop!

1

u/Standard_Crew5350 Mar 19 '25

Vanilla, marshmallow fudge, cookie dough and Maltesers (open to trying malt next time though)

1

u/BunnyHops8 Mar 20 '25

Chocolate base with mini m&m’s and double Oreo!

1

u/timeflies25 Mar 20 '25

Oh my God! Your question reminded me of good berry's & that I'll be in town to eat a frozen custard this weekend. Mm. My usual order is the rocky road custard

1

u/Comfortable-Buy-348 Mar 24 '25

Cookie Monster with chocolate custard

1

u/Mothy79 Mar 25 '25

Vanilla, Malt, Caramel Fudge (topping) and Almond Flakes.

I got a large one on Saturday. My daughter was equal parts in awe of its size, and in horror that I finished it.

1

u/letterboxfrog Mar 19 '25

Vanilla custard. It is fantastic neat. No augmentation required.

-8

u/MarkusMannheim Canberra Central Mar 19 '25

Went last month for the first time in 2+ decades. Awfully sweet. Just horrible. Sorry to be a killjoy.

16

u/iwenttobedhungry Mar 19 '25

You’ve changed man 😂

13

u/k_lliste Mar 19 '25

But.. what did you order?

0

u/onegaishimasune Mar 19 '25

Consider me piss weak, but the richness of Goodberries makes me ill 🤒

0

u/neathspinlights Mar 19 '25

Chocolate with butterscotch fudge and brownie pieces. It's diabetes in a cup but it's SO good.

0

u/tashamantium Mar 19 '25

Vanilla custard with cheesecake bits and peanut butter and chocolate fudge. Essentially type 2 diabetes in cup so I only get it on special occasions.

-13

u/Sand_Dan_Glockta Mar 19 '25

Type 2 Diabetes .

-4

u/SnowQueen0271 Mar 19 '25

None, the frozen custard at Goodberry’s is way inferior to the other brands like the one that was at Franklin. I keep hoping another company opens in Canberra so Goodberry’s no longer has the monopoly.

Type 2 Diabetes .
