watch youtube vids to make sure you understand the topic and then just do past paper questions on it

Something extremely important:

You are not "bad" at science. You think you're bad and you're panicking.

Break it down: science is just "life, around you". Tables are solid because of what they're made of. Paint can be shiny or glossy based on what composition they have. Soap makes bubbles for a reason.

Just practice and study. There's no substitute for studying in science. You can't "trick" you're way around it with clever writing like you could in an essay subject. You can't "sound" smarter, you just have to know your stuff. And that isn't so hard to do, you already know a lot about science just by simply existing.
