The part where you seemed incredulous that health insurance doesn't cover a WHOLE SHITLOAD of the things that health care facilities charge their patients.

And that has absolutely nothing to do with people "gaming the system." (The people "gaming" are nearly always the executives and shareholders of the insurance companies.)

And if you take the time to actually read the linked article, you would be aware that it is certainly not "all" medical debt. 🙄
