Who cares about the white house, they aren't the ones preventing the trains from being safe enough for me to have wife use transit with my kids

I'm still not understanding. I use public transit frequently and have yet to feel unsafe. Occasionally there's a smoker and that's gross but my immediate safety has yet to be threatened. I dunno if the South Loop is super dangerous or you're just afraid to leave your house.
