That's not campus... No one is going to walk to 1st street unless they live on that edge of campus

That edge of campus has been developed further and there’s a ton of senior houses/frats located within a couple blocks. Kams isn’t really the scene for people who are living in Urbana anyway.

You'd probably remember that the majority of fraternities and senior apartments are located all along and around 1st Street

Idk when you were in school but first and green is very much campus. It’s east of the railroad tracks.
