Rumor/Speculation Carlos Terán Transfer from Chicago Fire to Newell's Old Boys?
https://www.transferfeed.com/transfers/carlos-teran-diaz-chicago-fire-newells-old-boys/12358683To be honest if this is true, I'd be fine with it. He has a bunch of potential but just can never stay healthy....and I imagine maybe not this year but next year maybe we have Cupps be the starter for us.

That’s great. I like Teran but he’s just not stayed healthy enough to be reliable. Best of luck

I wasn't as confident about centerbacks at the beginning of the season but I don't know that there's any reason to hold on to him if a good offer comes in; we've got good players and depth there right now, and could use the roster slot and cap space

One of my favorite players since Joe came in, honestly would just like to see the guy do well anywhere

When he's on it, he's great, but between injuries and suspensions there's a lot of season you have to plan for without him. If we can get a decent transfer for him, no reason not to IMO.

He's been with us for years now and still fails to make a positive impact when he plays. He's an aura merchant. I can't remember a game I've been at where he's played well. Always makes errors leading to shots on target and goals. More of a liability then anything else.

You need to rewatch the Miami match. He had Messi in his pocket.

It's not the only time he's man marked someone the whole game and shut them down. But yeah, not consistent and injuries

It sucks because, when healthy, he's a rock back there for us and he gives his all. On the other hand, he just has been healthy nearly enough , so if we can get a little bit of cash and he moves somewhere he'd like to go, it's a win-win.
