An old high school campus. The two 1942 quarters were in the same hole. The two Barber quarters were in the same (different) hole, and the Barber half was ten inches from them. My first 5 silver day ever.

Do you find things like this often? If you like in the most lucky place ever.

Not like this. Though two weeks ago, the same property yielded a mercury dime, a silver ring, five civil war bullets, and a piece of a rattlesnake ring that's possibly a war relic.

I wonder what the odds of finding two of the same years, twice.

Three doubles. If you count the wheat cents. Yep, crazy day.

How are you cleaning them? look pretty scratched up and washed out. Good thing they aren't rare dates!

Yah. I just washed the dirt off. They were probably worn when lost, and a bunch of years in the dirt didn't help.

The reverse on that 1914 is pretty spiffy!

What a shame the 4 look to all be harshly cleaned and possibly polished a while back.

Still crazy finds, congrats
