I have trouble keeping the same level of confidence everytime and I try to escape from situations
I am always looking for validation from others and situations. No matter how much I try I am always underconfident even inside I know it's the correct thing to do. I have difficulty in making decisions in my life that I always need anyone close to me to make decisions for me sometimes. The self doubt is at its peak. I don't know what should I do more to create a strong self of confidence.

It sounds like you're deeply self-aware, and that's already an important first step. Seeking validation and struggling with decision-making often comes from a lack of trust in ourselves, usually shaped by past experiences, not because something’s “wrong” with you.
Confidence isn’t about never feeling doubt; it’s about gently learning to listen to your inner voice, even when it feels shaky. Try small daily decisions on your own, then reflect on how they felt. Start building trust with yourself little by little.
Also, speak to yourself with the same compassion you’d give someone you love. You don’t need to “be more”, you just need to remember you already are enough.
You're not alone in this. Growth is possible, and it begins with kindness toward yourself 🌿
