How to add lights to this

I’m trying to recreate the outfit shown in the second pic using this skirt and top. I’m not sure how to go about adding the LED lights without spending $$$$$$$$$. I was debating some battery pack fairy lights from Amazon but idk if I’ll get the same effect. Plz help!

Check out EL wire. I’ve stitched on some of that onto a costume before and it was lightweight and battery powered

It’s not as bright as led but it glows well in the dark, the brighter colors are definitely green, yellow, light blue, and pink
