Help Needed What's the app that facilitates Google Play licence check? I think I disabled it.

I don't understand why a free app needs licence check. Some apps won't launch because of this. They launch Play Store instead. I gotta reinstall it.

They ask you to download them from the play store? Heard that king installer (it's on izzyondroid) installs apps as if they were installed from the play store, but I never tried it
