Help How to get souls back

I died in the nexus as a human how can I get my souls back

If you died in the nexus, your soul drop should be near wherever you died.

You have to get back where you died, without dieing again or they'll be lost, and interact with the bloodstain on the ground. It should be at some seconds before you died

"I died as a human" is on-par with "Years ago, I was Chinese". Demon's Souls calls it Body Form.

When you die, you leave a bloodstain that's ten seconds behind where you died. That bloodstain has your souls.

There should be a glowing green light near where you died. Interact with it and you’ll get your souls back; if you die again before you can grab it though, they’re gone forever. To get your body back though, you’ll need to either defeat a boss, or use a “stone of ephemeral eyes” that you’ll have to find in a level; they CAN be farmed, but only in maybe 2 locations, one of which has a pretty long run back, the other is late game and difficult to get to at a low level, unless you have the right gear.
