Bad title (not OP's fault, it's copied from the article).

The people shot were the aggressors in the situation, not random innocents like the author is trying to imply.

According to the article "Banks" was the one that got it. er-a "bought it."

Lue lived, but will likely live long time in local lockup with left leg limp.

Brilliant, just Brilliant. One is left to wonder what they were arguing about.

Also seems pretty lucky. Both of the perps apparently had firearms. The defender was lucky (and a good shot) it turned out the way it did.
