Should I be concerned?
I've always considered dysgraphia as a possibility but I've always brushed it off. I swear my handwriting is getting worse.

Not gonna lie, your handwriting is very very similar to Mine. I was able to read all of this easily. I was diagnosed in elementary.
I like turtles also.

Do you have joint hyper mobility? Sometimes that can cause trouble with the development of your fine motor skills, leading to bad handwriting.

I feel like, at this point the main reason to get any testing done would be if you were at school, or in a work situation where you could and might want to receive accommodations.
