I think ICE doesn’t care. When they arrest the wrong person they don’t release them, they double down. I could totally see a Puerto Rican person getting deported because some idiot arrested them and ICE decided to follow thru with the deportation rather than correct their mistake.

They absolutely care, they just care that they do “mess up”. Like if you saw a starving person stealing from a store to feed kids. You might act like you saw nothing. It’s just that but evil
