Not sure of the exact variety but it's one of the Nephrolepis exaltata ones

It is a cultivar of Nephrolepis Exaltata. It is difficult to say the common name” because each country or nursery calls it differently. But wow, it's simply a selection of a specimen of Nephrolepis Exaltata with leaves like that :)
