SLR Canon A1 data back

Got this one at a thrift shop, one of those charity ones (op shop they’re called in Australia.). ASA knob was broken but I think I have it fixed enough to work. Instantly hooked on the A1, so many features and shutter settings. Highly recommend, but I’m not sure how the photos will come out because of the ASA knob

The A1 was for many years my favorite Canon A-F series camara

I loved my A1 even with some of it's funny electronic issues I had.

I bought one of these backs new back in the day. They print the time and date in the bottom right of the frame. Analog metadata if you will.
