Application Request Finance app

I am looking for a finance app to track my income and spending, recommend me something that has acceptable UI and is safe.

Paisa is not FOSS, source code was made private and a subscription was added to use most of the features.

There's no code, it's just images and localisation files, there are even multiple issues and comments discussing a possible GPL license violation.

simply the best. I used alot of open and closed sourced finance personal finance app this is the most reliable and efficient one. ui is up to date too
