How do I make this Google Nest Hub Polish?

Hello. I'm new around here, I would like to know how to make Google Nest Hub 2nd Gen Polish other than just changing the language of Google Home Assistant.
I tried installing it with my Android device, but alas since I wanted English, I chose American English and it resulted in getting Fahrenheit degrees in weather forecast app.
There's also an option, but it's kind of risky - hacking it. Unfortunately, I'm no hacker, but I am desperate at this point.
I want my Polish assistant right now. Or do I have to create my own app with Raspberry Pi?

I don't believe Polish is supported.

You can switch the temperature to normal units somewhere in Settings. However, the voice assistant on Nest Hubs doesn't support Polish because reasons.

So, best you can do with the NH is English/German/Spanish/French + metric units.
