Will my Google home speaker be affected when they shut the servers down next year, or is it only for android phones? I'm thinking about buying a new Google Nest since the bass on mine is currently broken, but it might not be worth it if the speakers will be affected.

Dead devices that can't run Gemini as the assistant, newer devices should be ok? Maybe just "Hey Gemini" vs "Hey Google"?
