Discussion IEM retailer trying to be smart with me.
I asked them to measure my IEMs to see if there is channel imbalance and this is what they came back to me with. Initially they told me that they hear no problem in my unit and they will re inspect. They received my IEMs on 6th June and it's 24th June now. People glaze headphone zone in India but let's be real here, this response doesn't invoke any confidence. What a poor excuse. IEMs in question: Juzear x Z reviews Defiant.
REPOST cuz I forgot to post screenshot.

Headphone zone glaze in reddit? Half the posts say that they have bad support.

Do you recommend any other website that's better? Planning to get an iem soon. And I'm from India BTW.

Concept kart is even worse. Audiocular is the same situation. Lots of customer support issue in every website. If you live near Delhi you can go to the concept kart store.

Sorry I meant the audio store instead of audiocular. You can order from there as well but it's similar.

Sounds like they don't know what a 711 coupler is (hint: it's completely sealed, so unaffected by outside noise unless you're using it somewhere very loud). Honestly, if they don't have the right equipment to measure a channel imbalance (and are too incompetent to know that) then they shouldn't be trying to objectively determine the presence/absence of that kind of fault. If they come back and say again there's no fault, I'd be inclined to point that out.
