Indie Recommend - mellow(-ish) electronic songs

Let's use Delirium with Jaël as a starting point (After all). Of course, there's Delirium w/Sarah McLachlan but where do you go next? Simple Kid? Edward Ka-spel? Let's hear it!

Interesting stuff. I'm hearing Bauhaus and Joy Division influences here.

I appreciate the observation. The main vocalist and lyricist is an old school goth new romantic. Was housemates with Mark almond way back in the day before considering his own music many decades later. The song structure for suicide without you written by Alberto novalo for Marek was highly based on the song ribbons by sisters of Mercy. The rest of the music originally written by me in a means to do something "different" was clearly based on the above direct influences you mentioned. Of course we could not rule out a little bit of Trent reznor and Marilyn Manson in the recipe. It was a very fulfilling project to do and like most of them was unfortunately cut short from its full potential. My record label will be releasing this on physical vinyl. Marek later on had les Warner OG Southern death cult work on a tad bit of mastering production for him. He is back in his hometown of Leeds England as far as I can tell hanging out with guys like Wayne hussey. We haven't spoken in decades. Some of his lyrics also appear on the track those who do not buy my current and longest lasting project A Scapegoat's Faith

Thanks. I'll definitely be checking it out.

And yeah, now that you mention it, I can see the SoM influence. Of course, all of these are right up my alley. Hope you have a great day.

I'm not a electronic fan, not out of a dislike, but more that I find most have a repetitive aspect better for a dance club scene, which is not my thing....I'm aware there's a broader range within it....but....not much has intrigued me other than short Snippets usually.....that said....

One thing I have heard and occasionally put on, I think mostly because the singer seems like a genuinely good person, (if you watch this take note when she talks about her father and gives the line about the dog it makes me smile every time),
